Definitely recommend this location for your next trip to Seoul. Great location in the center of where the action is. Surrounded by the best food, shopping and nightlife. This is a no thrills hotel if all you need to do is sleep and shower.

Great location but tiny rooms!!

Tiny Rooms but great location for Insa-Dong! The hotel is located in the heart of Insa-Dong’s Hanok village, 3 mins from the nearest subway station, surrounded by many shops and eateries. It is convenient to travel to other places by subway. However, the rooms were tiny , and our bed sheets were dirty! Can’t even open suitcases in the room at all! The electrical plugs were at strange places in the rooms, so it was difficult for us to charge phones and cameras. The plus side was the common dinning room which we can refill drinking water and able to buy takeaways and eat there instead. The staff were friendly enough. But no housekeeping service were provided during our 4 nights stay.

No space for suitcases !

Loved how close we were to everything! Location is very ideal we found! Room size was not bad at all compared to other places! Room could use a good cleaning there was a lot of dirt and dust everywhere even found some on the corner of our bed when we checked in, bathroom had some mould and there are no elevators so had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs. I think with some renovations this place would be excellent! Would comeback for the location 😊

The hostel is in a great location, in ikseoongdon and close to many restaurants, shops and cafes. Two very comfortable metro line are at 5 min walk. The property has a good shared area. The rooms are spacious enough but the cleanliness was not the best. The rooms are not soundproofed. I will still remember everything as a good experience!

Very nice, very clean, would stay again. I was surprised that I never saw any staff, but we already had our door code so there was no problem whatsoever. Because our room got changed into another building due to maintenance/remodeling issues, they were kind enough to tell us beforehand and even gave us a bigger room with more beds and a kitchen. The guesthouse is located in an alley, so the surroundings gave me a sketchy vibe at first because we arrived at night. But on the day the street was actually filled with hardware stores.

The room is clean and quiet, small but cozy. 3 minutes walk to Guest house from subway station. Ana, the check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed me patiently how to use the subway to go places and even the airport. For the price and convenience, it was worthy to stay in thie guest house.

Great area, property is clean and basic. It’s a very small room but meets the expectation for the price. I would prefer more outlets. There is only one outlet and in a severely inconvenient location. No outlets in bathroom or near a mirror to do your hair. We had to plug our phones in and leave them on the floor at the foot of the bed, because the outlet was under the bed at the foot of the bed. There is no counter space in the bathroom either to be able to put personal grooming items or makeup. Laundry was available but quite small and the cost was 20000krw/14.50 usd for one load. The window also had a blind that didn’t keep the light out so it was hard to sleep in, in the morning due to the bright sunlight. The buildings as mentioned by others does not have an elevator so if you have several bags or heavy bags the haul up the stairs is brutal.
