Area was central to lots of attractions and bus/ subway station. Lots of cafes nearby. The area outside is not the cleanest but it was not a big negative for me. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

The staff was excellent and was always willing to help me locate the destination I wanted. It was very clean and the location to the historical sites I wanted to visit was exceptional. Everything was the best, for the first time in korea. Joseph and Robert are really kind, helpful and have excellent customer service at the frontdesk, the food is amazing, the bed is soft. Dandelion the breakfast hostess is really sweet and always has a smile on her face. Everything is close by and the village is awesome. Thier is lots of choices. Im sad to leave but i will be back and definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional Service and Prime Location

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of many great attractions. The service was outstanding, particularly the front desk staff member who speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful. During my trip, I stayed at three different hotels, and this hotel’s staff stood out as the best.

Very good location. Good view from the room you can see the Insadong and traditional houses but we found a bug in the shower box and room wasn’t prepared for 3 people ,sleepers and towels… and only shower gel which can be shampoo as well need some more amenities even though eco friendly.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Insadong. The lovely shops and cafés are just acriss the stree in Ikseon-dong! The laundry facilities are comfortable and the roof top has a wonderful space to gather. There is a beautiful view of Namsan Tower! I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again on my next visit ro Seoul.
