Nice hotel in a good area. Public transport and restaurants walking distance. Only flaw was that the bed was very uncomfortable. 7/11 in the hotel was very convenient. Also beautiful rooftop garden overlooking the city.

The room was big and had many areas to store your suitcases. It has a big refrigerator and they give you free bottles of water. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Plus, they let you keep your suitcases there when you check out if you have a few hours left before your flight.

Good location in Seoul, short walk distance to public transport. Room is very spacious and comes with washing machine and clothes rack if you need to do your own laundry. Staff is very friendly, helpful and lovely. Has a 7-11, foreign money exchange ATM machine etc downstairs which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back next time.

Hotel is located at a very convenient location.Room is big enough for a family and Clean:friendly stuff .personally I’d found the mattress very hard ( second time I stayed there ) and I requested a blanket as a cover pad but Blankets and towels are available but in additional payment .

What a quaint hotel. Staff was absolutely lovely. Housekeeping was very efficient and fresh towels and water bottles were awaiting us upon our return to room. Coffee cafe was one of the best I have ever been in!!!!! Just darling!!!

Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, despite us not speaking Korean. They let us check in early and kept our bags the day of checkout at no charge. It’s very walkable, close to a couple subway stops and lots of restaurants, shops and coffee. Hotel is on the site of a park, so although it’s in a more industrial area, the view is nice. Rooms were big and a washing machine is in the room.

I had a spacious quiet room. The area was safe. Dining areas close enough to hotel. 7 eleven and coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. One very weird thing was they didn't have bath towels. I got issued 5 hand towels which got replaced each day for my 4 day visit. The bed was rock hard but I think that may be normal for the location. Neverthe less I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.

Located at heart of Seoul city. Great access to famous tourist attractions and transportation. My only complaint is there was a mentality unstable old lady who was living in the facility as her home. Very unpleasant conversation. Also makes it an awkward situation.

The place does not look like in the photos. It looks very dated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They helped us in everything. The bed is too firm and pillows too thing. We did not rest well. It is a place for a city stay but not for a relaxing stay.
