The staff were all very friendly and kind to us during our stay. They even gave us recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were very clean and neat. We would definitely come back and recommend it. They also have the cutest photobooth station where you can take pictures and a ramen bar downstairs.

Location is new, and everything is super clean and freshly renovated. I stayed a week here and no complaints; the rooms are very comfortable from beds to sheets to maid service. The staff is wonderful, and can commicate easily across different languages. 5 minute walk to Jungro 5 station which can get you all over Seoul easily. Hotel is tucked down a sidestreet, so it's peaceful at night and there are plenty of food options right there. Highly reccomend this hotel and wish them all the success.

Very cute, well located place. The staff was very useful with the gentleman at the front being very accommodating and kind! He went above and beyond to help us get a taxi and helped with even putting the luggage in the car. All in all we had a pleasant one night stay. It was just very pricey for what you got but a lot of Seoul was booked up because of childrenโ€™s day.
