Great location - walkable to shops, restaurants, palaces, and metro/ bus stops. Staff very friendly. Room is very spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, bed is very firm
The room was small, but neat and clean. The staff was very helpful fixing a few minor problems in the room. Great location in the middle of all the action in Insadong. Our room had a mini-fridge, but no microwave - however one was available in the lobby. The bed was unusually firm - if staying more than a day or two, consider bringing a thin mattress pad. The hotel-provided water and small treats were nice.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Jongno. Even though it is a “love hotel” I didn’t get that vibe at all. The rooms were clean, spacious safe. Everything is pretty much right outside the hotel including tran stations. I loved our stay and it was very good value. I stayed here with 2 kids.

good location. good room space. small windows but ok in summer.
Very good location, just parallel of the street with street restaurants and cafes open at night but very quiet as it's not on this street.
Room service every day, night gowns provided, mini bar free with lots of snacks, water and soft drinks. These are provided daily as well. Room is bigger than other hotels I searched in similar price range.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
I changed to this property after my original accommodation in Hongdae was so grim I didnt want to stay there. I managed to book the last room in the property and I am so glad i made the change. My room had a shower, toilet and seperate whirl bath (although the bubbles didnt work) and was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room daily, no matter what time you left, and the location was absolutely perfect for getting to both the nearby subway and walking to local sites of interest. The bed was very firm, but actually just what was needed after long days out.
This hotel is the perfect choice for staying in Seoul. It’s located a couple of steps away from Ikseondong and at a walking distance from many attractions like the royal palaces, and it’s also 5-10 minutes away from the subway and a bus stop. The neighbourhood is lively, with dozens of cafes and small restaurants to choose from. As a solo female traveler, it felt safe walking back to the hotel past midnight. The staff was super kind and did their best to make sure we understood each other despite the language barrier. The room had some highs and lows. The floor and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned properly and the furniture is a bit outdated, but towels and linen were fresh everyday. I really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks, the night robe and personal hygiene products provided. I would suggest placing a table lamp near the bed to avoid getting up every time to turn the lights on and off. Veeeery firm mattress (loved it, but can be a bit too hard for someone). The room is spacious and definitely couple-oriented - the (huge) bathtub is open, so it might be uncomfortable to shower if you’re staying with someone you’re not 100% intimate with. Overall this stay worked very well for me and I would probably choose it again.
The room was generally filthy. I believe it is an hourly motel masked as a 3 star hotel. The bed gave me rashes (10 days and counting) and the room was so dusty it was absolutely disgusting.
My Korean friend informed me this is a hotel where young people go to have sex, which explains the mirror wall by the bed, the two-person tub with mirror tiles, and the light outside the door indicating whether the room is occupied.
The room was spacious and clean. Since I went during the winter time, heater was available for use in room if needed. Electric heating blanket was also provided for customers to use to keep the bed warm. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and the hotel is close to subway stations with 3-10 min walking distance to line 5 and 3.
