The staff were kind and could speak a little English. They helped me with my luggage and luggage storage. The airport bus stop was out in front of the hotel and helped with planning and timing to the airport.

Receptionist at the front desk were terrible. Extremely rude. The customer service experience in Korea always the best but not this one. Room is clean but the bed is moving. Not sure why the bed is not secured in a place. They didn't say about the construction. Loud noise all nights. Will not be going back to this place.

Hotel service was great and the amenities were great too. This was the first hotel in the area with free cans of beer, pops, water and chips. One downside of the hotel was that it was not very soundproof, that I could hear my neighboring rooms' guests taking showers, flushing, talking on the phone and slamming their doors quite well, which I didn't expect from 4-star hotels.
