I had a wonderful stay, the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel.location was ideal to food outlets and public transport, and walking distance to many places, it was quiet and the bed was super comfortable for sleeping and spacious enough room😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel itself could use some elevating in terms of updates (carpet is buckled in the hallways, walls are scuffed, wood is nicked up) But the quality of the staff was outstanding!

I come back to this hotel when I go to South Korea. It has a modern aesthetic. It’s walking distance to the subway and is also walking distance to COEX Mall. It was a super convenient location for the Plastic Surgery clinic I was going to. I always recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Gangnam.

It was in a good location, with easy access to the nearest train station. Our room was very spacious, with great wifi - we had a really comfortable stay overall. We had a lot of trouble finding an ATM that accepted foreign cards so that we could top up our T-money cards - the staff tried to help us but were not really able to; we ended up stumbling upon one on our own, but it was a very stressful few hours. Would recommend, but make sure to get cash out at the airport!

There's lots of cafes and places to dine. The hotel smells really nice as you walk in. They provide you fresh towels and bottles of water each day by the door in plastic bags. Even while you have the do not disturb sign on which I thought was very thoughtful. The do not disturb sign is digital, so you don't have to worry about the sign falling off the door.

Exceptionally well appointed

Suite was beautifully well appointed, with generous space, a gorgeous herringbone parquet floor, tasteful freestanding bathtub and convenient lighting controls. Luxurious well beyond its star-rating would suggest, and exceptionally good value for the location, which is a conveniently short walk from an Airport Limousine bus stop and walkable from the Coex mall. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My only gripe: the toilet controls needed some English labels or better icons. For the flush buttons if nothing else.

great staff, daily cleaning and room size and amenities! We got the impression it would be an extremely small tight hotel (think NYC or Tokyo hotels) but the bathroom , living room area were spacious! I loved the bath tub in additon to the shower. The area was extremely convenient, less than 5mins to the subway and 1 stop away from gangnam station! This area would be considered far if you plan to go to hongdae, myeongdong and surrounding areas more, which we didnt plan to go. It also has a cafe right next to it which was super convenient, unfortunately the cafe staff and service were rude and off putting in my first occasion so I didn't go back. I would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful place to stay, not great for remote work

Loved the larger room style. Staff was attentive and always helpful- especially with navigating transportation to the airport. I strongly encourage folks to reach out ahead of time to ask the hotel the best way to get to and from the airport. I loved the bath tub design and the lighting was wonderful along with the long countertop. I just wish there had been a better setup to support remote work. When I requested a chair with a back, I was informed there aren't any. There were some signs of wear in the bathroom specifically with grout.

I picked this hotel for its competitive pricing and ultimately liked its location and proximity to restaurants and attractions in the area as well as to the subway to attractions beyond. I would have appreciated more thorough room cleaning, however. While the bed was made everyday, I don't think the sheets were ever changed in the week I was there and the bathroom began to smell towards the end of my stay. Had cleanliness not been an issue, I would have given this hotel 4 stars (but still pointedly not 5) and my recommendation to those with budget in mind. I will unfortunately look to stay elsewhere (or budget more money for accommodations) next time I'm in Seoul.

グループで5泊しました。チェックアウト時にフロントでタクシーを呼んでもらい、帰国するためソウル駅に向かいました。駅に到着し、スーツケースを持って駅構内に向かっている時に、メンバーの1人がカバンをタクシーに忘れたことに気付いたのですが、既にタクシーは走り出した後。タクシーにどう連絡すれば分からず、あたふたしてしまいましたが、フロントで渡されたタクシーのナンバーが記載されたカードを持っていたので、まずはホテルのフロントに電話し事情を説明しました。その電話を切って数分後にフロントから着信があり、タクシー運転手と連絡が取れたとのこと。タクシーはこちらに戻ってきてくれ、無事にカバンを受け取ることができました。フロントの方の速やかな対応に皆で感動、感謝しています。ミスをしたのは我々ですが、それをフロントやタクシー運転手さんに助けて頂き、心から感謝しています。 ホテルでの滞在も、ゆったりと静かに過ごせました。 次の滞在でも利用したいです。

The only issue with the location was that while it was close to the train station and walking distance to many great locations it is up a steap incline which is hard when you have luggage. The staff were not very attentive or friendly as the other places we stayed on our trip but as we were only there for 2 nights this isnt the biggest issue. Overall the rooms were big and very comfortable but you are paying for the area the hotel is located in.
