Location was great, close to transportation which made it easy to get around. Hotel was clean, helpful staff. Our family stayed here with our young children and when one of them unfortunately became sick and threw up, they were quick to tidy up and to provide us with fresh linens despite the late hour. Pool was great. Kids loved it. We had a very early flight and the staff helped us to pre-book our taxi for 3:30am. Great place to stay overall.

Just Ok. Book if the price is affordable but not worth it if prices are high. Pro's: Great location, affordable price, large size room, large size bathroom, late (12 pm) check-out, staff has great english communication skills, large window, no construction noises woke me up/disturbed me during my stay here (3 days) Con's: No shower curtain/glass separating shower (floor always get's soaked), clear stains on towels, bedding, and walls, room cleaning not daily, single elevator (long waits at peak times), outlet's are not located in convenient locations, lack of full size/large mirror, not a good location for taxi dropoff/pick up as it's in an alley and you have to walk about 1-2 min (not far) to get to the main street.

We checked into our first room and the air conditioning did not work. When we informed the staff they were helpful but said they couldn’t switch our rooms until the morning. It was a painfully hot night but we understood that it would be tough to switch us the evening of our check in. Besides that issue the hotel was great. Super clean and friendly staff.

it’s ok hotel but it feels like resort type hotels in tropical destinations, not cozy at all with the tiled floors, like a room rental. Location is well situated but was a bit weird at first due to the small alley ways. All in all, staffs were great just the overall vibe of the room that feels not premium.

Great location once you figure out how to find it (use Hotel Venue G as landmark). The room was very clean, quiet, spacious and included all basic amenities. The staff was great and super helpful. They provided us with a converter, shower curtain and extra comforter as the bed was too firm for my friend. Overall a great stay.
