This property met our needs perfectly for a four night stay. The suite was immaculately clean, was easy to check in to via the kiosk and we could leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. It’s only a short walk from Seoul station, and is well served by buses going in all directions. Would definitely stay again.

The property was PERFECT for our family. The check in/check out process and instructions are by far the easiest and very convenient I have ever encountered and we travel quite often. The room is very spacious, clean and bed was so comfortable, kind of hard to get to out of bed and explore :-). It is a perfect spot, near everything. I highly recommend this property, quiet, clean , near stations/bus/markets/next to plenty coffee shops and very good korean chicken next door and kbbq a few steps away. Really enjoyed our stay here. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Modak Namdaemun. The room was spacious (over 30 sqm), very clean, and serviced daily with fresh towels and bottled water provided each day. I also appreciated the kitchenette, fridge/freezer, and the convenient washer-dryer combo unit, which made the stay much more comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly stored my luggage after checkout while I waited for a late flight, which I really appreciated. The location was also excellent - very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel that I would happily stay at again.

Overall, the room was a good fit for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were easy, quick, and very convenient. The only downside was that the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly, as there were a few signs that previous guests had stayed there. The hallway leading to our room was also quite cluttered with Coupang boxes and delivery packages, which made the walkway feel crowded. I also didn’t see much information about the hotel’s amenities, so we ended up not using any of them. With better housekeeping, cleaner common areas, and clearer information about the available facilities, this would have been an even better experience.

Everything was great - good space and very clean. The only thing not super convenient was the power outlet, it has two holes and sinks about 5mm inside the wall. We have to use a mug to support our adaptor to stay connected. All else are perfect.

The hotel location is very convenient. Next to Starbucks, CU. Go down to basement and must try the local restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Seoul station. The young gentleman staff at 701 was very nice and friendly. We stored our luggage with him before check in time. He sent us a message thru WhatsApp to let us know that our room is ready and he moved all 3 luggage 3 backpacks to the room for us. We are so thankful of his kindness. The room is big enough for our 2 medium luggage and 1 carryon to open wide and we still have room to walk around comfortable. We really appreciated for the daily room refresh, refill water bottles and towels. Definitely coming back to Hotel Modak next time in Seoul.

The room was very clean, the washroom was very clean and big, staff was very friendly, kitchen was fully equipped (pot, pan, plates, and utensils) and there was a door to close off so the smell doesn’t spread throughout the room. Lounging and dining area was spacious. Loved the washer and dryer in one. My family and I were so impressed with this place, we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. We video called our friend and other relatives to show them where we were stay and recommended it as well. One large bedroom with enough beds for everyone. Only down fall was only one mirror so our family of 5 had to wait until the other person was out of the washroom to use the mirror.

While it was fully equipped with kitchen washer dryer, the room itself was bit small than we expected. Also the bathroom was very inconvenient. The furniture is the room was too flimsy. Just wanted to say we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in the same building as Ramada Hotel and feels a little run down on first glance but check in process was very easy and seamless and the room was very clean. We didn’t know how to change the shower water to make it come out of the shower head and not the faucet (it is totally not intuitive!) but we were very easily able to reach a staff member even extremely late at night. Our washer also didn’t work but staff was extremely accommodating and helped us with our laundry. I will say staff friendliness really made our stay worth it. Also the coffee bean in the lobby had 50% off all drinks during the entirety of our stay which was awesome! Also the location was extremely convenient. The airport bus drops you off literally in front of the hotel. There are also two convenience stores next to and across the hotel. Subway station was also about a 5 min walk. Overall very convenient.

Hotel is around 10mins away from the station but the walk is relatively easy (mostly flat). Room was spacious. Interaction with staff is minimal due to self-checkin nature but the interaction that we did have, staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is shared building with Ramada but prior to arrival, we received instructions on where to go for self-checkin and the process.

Plenty of places nearby for eating. Room was quiet. Good location close to Seoul Station metro and Korail. Our enquiries and requests via Whatsapp were responded to promptly. Checkin and out were done at a digital kiosk, and very simple.

The room is clean, bright and spacious. There is a washing maching in the room and laundry capsules are provided upon request. Although the hotel does not have a front desk, the staff responded promptly to my queries via Whatsapp and were willing to provide assistance. There is an airport bus stop right outside the hotel.
