The room was very spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and towel replacements. Complimentary slippers and water were provided daily, and the kitchenette was a great feature, equipped with utensils, bowls, cups, a stove top, a kettle, and a microwave. Although there was no physical front desk, we found it easy and quick to get assistance via WhatsApp or the other communication channels. For instance, when we had an issue with our room key, we sent a message and received prompt assistance within minutes. Since we only intended to stay in our room to sleep, we didn’t mind the lack of amenities like a gym or pool, as they are shared with the Ramada. Essentially, this is a room with a virtual check-in via a kiosk and remote assistance. Despite these limitations, we enjoyed our stay due to the reasonable price, convenient location, and renovated room.
