The room was great! Loved the jacuzzi tub, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good as well close to loads of restaurants and coffee shops as well as the transit options nearby.

I had a great stay at Hotel Loft! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. They were always willing to help whenever I needed anything, which made my stay even better. I really enjoyed my time here and I’m looking forward to booking with them again on my next trip!

I Stayed here for 16nights and i loved every minute of it. Room was well presented and spacious. My room had a little kitchen area to do some cooking in which was a bonus. The bath tub was huge and was a nice to relax after 12hrs+ of walking enjoying the sights of seoul. Bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and have already planned to come back again to this hotel in march

Great location near a main subway station and in a more local area. Lots of food options and staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big however a bit dark and some of the furniture looks a bit old however great option for someone looking for a less touristy area to stay in Seoul.

We were generally happy with the service. Even though not all the staff knew english, they were always very helpful and our requests were handled very quickly. The room was okay, however there could be brighter lighting, especially in the bathroom. We also had issues with the automatic flushing of the toilet. Not sure if it was user error or something was wrong. Even so, we felt comfortable in our room nontheless.

beautiful hotel? we stayed in the room with a jacuzzi and it was absolutely wonderful after a long day of walking around. the staff was kind and helpful. location was close to the han river and close to a train station.

The room was lovely, very clean, just a bit dark. Extremely comfortable bed and it was beneficial to have a bath. Highly recommended. On a down side - very late check in, especially after long flight and lack of sleep. Paid extra to get a room earlier.

I spent two weeks at this property in 8/2026 and had a restful and peaceful experience. The staff was very attentive and most spoke English. There were items needing repair such as a crack in the wall, broken tile in the bathroom, and a phone which made a buzzing sound once in a while. However, I am still able to give this property a solid 4 of 5 stars because of the comfort level of my room and staff attentiveness.

One of the best places ever! Very unassuming on the outside. But the rooms are large open with a private jacuzzi big enough for two plus bathtub and a separate shower. Quite possibly one of my best finds in Seoul!

The room was bigger size than most hotel rooms and the staff was amazing. Helpful and very nice. Honestly will be my future stay each time I'm in Seoul! We stayed 15 nights and they include laundry and only cleaned our room when we wanted it cleaned.

The room was clean and large with a rainfall shower, hot tub and bath. The staff were polite and very professional. The building is showing its age and the bar/restaurant wasn’t open. The building next door is under construction so it was a bit noisy but also the room was well sound proofed. Only negative really was there was little natural light as the window faced the new building which was 3 to 4 meters away and blocked light.
