Excellent location and very convenient. Best area to stay if you plan to see Seoul by train. Staff is very pleasant, elevators were fast. The small amenities were smart and all you need for a fast paced trip.

I love this brand. My first experience with them was in Tokyo, so when I saw they were in Seoul, booking was a no-brainer. Their service is exceptional, the amenities are top-notch, and the room size at this location exceeded my expectations.

The room was compact but if you’ve stayed at one of their hotels before, you’ll know the rooms are well layed out to maximise the space. I had a north facing room with a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace. The hotel had a convenience store next door and a stone throw away from Namdaemun market. Very handy that the viral Hotteok shop (outside the IBK bank) is only 3min away and 10min walk to the main Myeongdong shopping area. It was really convenient taking the bus from the airport to the hotel, stops at the Main Street and a short walk to the hotel. Overall the location was super convenient, close to City Hall station and walking distance to a lot of places of interest.

There was something wrong with my room with the air conditioning and my 20th floor of my room with the air conditioning was a little bit loud, irritating, and buzzing. I went down to the 11th floor reception and told the staff and they were willing to help me changed to the 17th floor of another room with no extra charge. It was quiet and a nice room with a nice view.

Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!
