I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Seoul. It was honestly the best decision. ​The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable. Having such a spotless place to come back to really made my time in Seoul even more enjoyable and special. ​The staff were also very helpful, and I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place in the city. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.

The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too
