The staff were very helpful and kept our luggage after our checkout. We really appreciate that. The only thing would be the smell at the top floor. It looks like a offices building made a hotel. Although it was a nice stay it was not very convenient that the elevator is located at the first floor. But everything else was perfect.

Cheap - you get what you pay for - be warned

The reviews on google are correct. Room smelt of mould. Vent in the bathroom/shower room wasnt working. Luckily the cleaning ladies sprayed mould spray during cleaning, but the smell comes back. This is cheap and you get what you pay for. Bed is not comfortable. Room size is alright.

(FOR THE PHOTOS ATTACHED THEY WERE TAKEN RIGHT BEFORE I CHECKED OUT SO THE ROOM HAD BEEN LIVED IN!!) The room was clean, semi spacious and didn’t have any offensive smells (I have really bad sensory issues so smell is a pretty big issue for me). There is also a mini fridge, kettle and two closets, one that you can hang clothes up with draws and one with draws only. There was plenty of space to put my luggage and the bed was big with really nice pillows. The bathroom is a bit small but worked well. The wifi worked perfectly but I was only there for a short time and was in the room for an even shorter amount of time because I was mainly out doing things but every time I used the wifi it worked great. The location is absolutely perfect, super close to a train station and bus stops that can take you to touristy areas really easily! The small downsides about this room was after a shower especially it can be a bit humid but there is a working ac so no problem and the tv didn’t work but I wasn’t in South Korea to watch tv so not really a big issue. Absolutely amazing hotel, would 100% recommend to anyone who is going to Seoul.

Very simply located for shopping Reception closes at 10:00 pm. If you need anything after 10 you're all alone. Everything needs to be rented from the hotel If you need an extra key to keep the heating working while you're out due to the very cold weather , then you need to pay for an extra card. If you need an adapter you have to pay for it ..everything is paid for. I had to leave the hotel at 4:00 a.m. nobelman no Porter nobody to help me with my luggage although there is one big flight of stairs to be used until you get to the lift. . Otherwise the rooms are very very small. For the very first time I see a shower hooked to the top of the sink so there is no step in shower or bathtub You just have the handle of the shower which is hooked to the sink and have your shower in front of the sink with the water from the sink very strange.

Not cozy. More like stuffy, run down and cramped. Unfortunately our flights were cancelled and needed short notice accommodation. Found this hotel and booked at exorbitantly inflated price But it was a room... Entering the hotel was only via stairs to the lift. Check-in was on the 10th floor. Breakfast was included which had limited booking times and numbers, as the restaurant was so small and the menu was extremely limited. The restaurant staff were very rude and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The stay in the room was very noisy and so cramped that you had to shuffle along the wall at the foot of the bed to get to the next bed. The room was very rundown with patch up repairs everywhere. Location was ok and only a couple of blocks to line 4. Would not recommend this hotel.

BEWARE. The hotel’s elevator is broken. You need to carry your luggage on the stairs to get to the (broken) elevator, then go to a shady lobby in the 10th floor to arrive to your room which looks nothing like the pictures. Room smelt like chlorine, bathroom as completely run down as well as the hotel itself. Booked for an emergency and went to the hotel 30 mins later. Once I checked in I told them I wanted to leave the hotel and asked for a refund even if I had to pay for the 1 night (I booked for 3 nights). They REFUSED and didn’t even agree to reply to an email to verify I had checked out. We saw two other families with shock when they arrived and didn’t check in either. BEWARE as this is definitely a scam. I would be ok if it was way cheaper, but for the price it was definitely not as expected. I bought in other hotels nearby and added like $50 extra to get WAY better hotels.
