Excellent budget option in Seoul

This is a small, privately run hotel that is quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of lots of attractions. The staff members speak a little English and are very helpful. The only downside is there’s no elevator so be prepared to lug your bag up the stairs. Would definitely stay again.

A good choice

A comfortable stay in a good location. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a standard double room and found it adequate.

Sewage Smell

Terrible smell in bathroom, actually made me gag to be in there. Convenient enough location. You definitely get what you pay for with this one…bare basics.

Extremely welcoming trying their very best to make you feel comfortable. Offering bottles of water and some juice cans. Having americano or espresso was wonderful way to start the day. Good options on the street are endless and open late at night super close to different trains and markets

東大門歴史文化公園駅とバス、エアポートリムジンの乗り場からすごく近く(徒歩1、2分)、お部屋は狭めですが、歯ブラシやタオルもあり、困ったことは何もなし。スタッフさんも凄く優しく、快適な宿でした。 小さい缶ジュースやお水がフリーなのも凄く良かったです！絶対次韓国行く時もここに泊まると思います。 (dundunやオリーブヤング激近です)

いつもこちらを利用してます！東大門の卸に行くので立地が最高ですし、お部屋が綺麗で使いやすいです。エレベーターが無いので3階4階に泊まる時は階段が大変ですが荷物の上げ下げはフロントの優しいお兄さんたちが手伝ってくれます！タオルやトイレットペーパーなど必要なものはフロントに言えばもらえます！日本語は通じないので韓国語が少しでも話せると意思疎通はしやすいかと！ですがみんな優しいので頑張って伝えようとしてくれます。コーヒーやチルソンサイダー、ジュース、水などが無料で飲み放題なところが魅力です！また次も利用します！

地下鉄2.4.5号線の東大門歴史文化公園駅12番出口から徒歩2〜3分のところにあり、東大門市場にもとても近く、夜遅くまでナイトマーケットを存分に楽しみたい方にオススメです！ スパレックスにも行きやすかったです。 徒歩1〜2分圏内の近くにスーパーやスイカジュースのお店、コーヒー屋さん、コンビニ、ドンドンというショッピングモールもあります。 他の方の口コミで部屋の下水の臭いが気になったというのを見ましたが、確かに少し臭いました。部屋にまで臭ってくることはありませんでしたが、窓を開けておいてもいいかもしれません。 部屋の広さは狭めなので、ひとりでの利用がおすすめです。 荷物が大きい方はスーツケースを広げるスペースがあまりないので少し不便かもしれません。 全体的に清潔だし、スタッフの方も日本語は話せないけど、きちんと対応しようとしてくれる姿勢を感じ好印象です！ ５階建てですがエレベーターがないので 荷物が重い方はちょっと大変かも(^^; でも、階段にスロープがあったのでがんばって引っ張っていけば大丈夫な気もします。 (私は荷物軽め、2階のお部屋だったので苦労しませんでした) 滞在中、洗濯機と乾燥機を使いました！ 韓国語あまりできませんが、なんとなくで使えました笑 屋上は休憩スペース？になっていて素敵でした！ ただ５階まで登り降り2往復したので 息があがりました〜(。-∀-) わりと安めで泊まれたので コスパはいいと思います！ またひとり旅の時にはお世話になります。

1人での利用でお世話になりました。受付の方は、韓国語か英語がOKで。私もカタコトですがハングルを話せたので、翻訳機を利用して意思疎通できました。終始丁寧で笑顔のスタッフの方で安心できました。Wi-Fiがうまく繋がらなかったので、そこだけが、、でしたが あとは交通関係　地下鉄、バスなどが近いのですぐ近くにあるだけでも大変便利でした！また1人の時は利用しようと思いました！

少し狭い部屋。ベッドは1人で寝る分には丁度良い大きさ。ハンドソープや石鹸があると良かった。他の方の意見にもあったが、バスルームが下水の臭いがする。トイレットペーパーが少ない。シャワーの切り替えが分かりにくい。対応してくる人は親切でした。 2日間泊まったけどその間部屋の清掃は無く、ごみが溜まったのが少し困った。

Me gustó que estaba cerca del metro y podías moverte con facilidad. No me gustó la limpieza. Tenías que solicitar que te limpiarán la habitación y no te cambian sábanas, pero si te ponen toallas limpias. En general la zona con mucho olor a comida si abrías las ventanas olía toda la habitación a comida.

2泊利用させていただきました。 チェックイン時間が18:00〜と遅めですが事前に荷物は預かっていただけたので助かりました。エレベーターはないですが部屋まで荷物を運びますよと提案いただけて親切だなと感じました。(私は丁寧にその提案を断り自分で部屋まで運びました！笑) 飲み物が水だけではなくサイダーなども用意されていた点が良かったですー 私は特に気になりませんでしたが、連泊の場合はおそらく依頼しないと部屋の清掃はありませんので気になる方はご注意ください。 気になった点は、シャワーの水圧が弱い点と、バスタオルがなく小さなタオルだけだった点と、バスマットがない点です。身体を拭く際にちょっと不便だなと個人的に感じました。 立地はとても良くて、地下鉄の駅も近く、周りにコンビニや飲食店も多いので全く困りませんでした！

ホスピタリティのあるスタッフさん

ホテルはモーテルだったのか、モーテルなのかって感じでしたが、リニューアルしたみたいで、とてもオシャレでキレイでした。地上軍フェスティバルがあって大田からソウルにKTXで移動してきて、KTXに大切なコートを忘れてしまいましたが、夜遅くにも関わらず色んなところに電話してくれて、本当に親切で、ホスピタリティのある店員さんでした。朝チェックアウトするときもソウル駅に問い合わせてくださったら、ちゃんと見付かって、私の名前をハングルで書いてこれを見せてねって言ってくださいました。お世話になりました！DDP周辺には定宿があるので、あまり利用する機会はないかもですが、一人旅などの時は必ず利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
