I would book here again! Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our needs. Super clean and I felt safe here. I do like that you can’t access the floor without your keycard. The amenities were great and I love how close it was to absolutely everything, especially the hangang river!

I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The staff was very kind helpful and attentive. Hotel is near the National assembly train station made it convenient. I would recommend to anyone visiting Seoul

The building is very pretty, front desk staff are very helpful, extremely satisfied with our stay. the cups were not cleaned (saw some used tissues in them) when we arrived. It was stored in a way that looks like it was unused, and the housekeeping staff would've seen it unless they check for them. We had 4 people in the room, but almost every night, we were only given 2 bath towels, and we had to call to have more brought to our room. Wasn't bad, but annoying.
