All staff were great. Jun in particular went extra efforts to answer questions about the area, money exchange, and airport return. BTW Airport Limo a 5 minute walk! Breakfast was awesome.

The place is great. Very clean, everything is new. Good quality breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay. Also very good area, very close to all the main attractions. The only thing which is not really a complaint, just some feedback for the hotel, maybe some more sinks in the bathrooms and some more hangers in the rooms. Everything else was fantastic.

Ok travelers, this is the place to stay in Seoul! The location understood the assignment close to two palaces, the National Folk Museum of Korea, the train, and plenty of attractions. I added breakfast so every morning, and it was healthy, delicious, and filling. Complimentary tea and coffee are also available all day. As a solo female traveler, I booked a pod on a women-only floor and felt completely comfortable. My medium checked suitcase, carry-on, and duffel all fit under the bed. There are no individual lockers, but every floor requires key-card access. Honestly, my luggage felt safer here than it does at the airport! They do not change your sheets during your stay, which was perfectly fine with me, but they provide fresh towels and amenities, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, and earplugs. Washers, dryers, and blow-dryers are available but curly-haired baddies, bring your own diffuser! They also provide slippers. Once you exit the elevator, you must remove your outside shoes and leave them in the shoe cubby. Mine stayed completely safe Korea truly lives up to its reputation! The staff was amazing, everything was clean, and they offer luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. Perfect location, great service, and solo-traveler approved. Book the pod and thank me later 100% recommended!

This hotel is well located - Airport Bus, Anguk Metro or buses. The Buchon Hanok Village is within a walking distance. The shared room & bathroom went super well for me spending 6 nights - everything was clean, although space was quite limited. I was afraid of noise but it was really not bad, people respected the rules. They also have private rooms on the 5th & 6th floors. Breakfast was A+. A lot of restaurant choices, convenience stores, pastries and coffee houses.
