Excellent! It was our first time in Korea, and from the moment we arrived, all the staff were very kind to us. Communication was very easy, and they addressed all our questions—they even helped me order a taxi to go to the train station. The breakfast is one of the best, with different options every day. The room cleanliness and the décor make the experience even more enjoyable.

I’m very super satisfied with everything in this Hotel . The staff are very friendly & helpful , they can guide you through any questions. The rooms are very clean & tidy . The location is very convenient with buses & subway stations for Seoul . I had a very nice stay so much fun things around to see & experience. The breakfast is nice & delicious you can find a good food as well . Coffee & tea is free during the day & night . So just book this hotel & leave the rest for the professional hoteliers to serve you .

Wonderful stay!

This is a new Hanok hotel with modern amenities. We love the hotel very clean and modern, the breakfast is excellent, though if you are looking for a more traditional Hanok hotel you may be disappointed with them being “too modern.” We are generally happy, it is also very close to airport limo bus, as well as Hanok village.

Hanbok experience

Everything was good. Reception & banquet staff are pleasing. The room was a surprise . It would have been nice to provide at least a shelf for us to place our chargers and toiletries .

What I liked: Staff was very nice and had all necessary things when you need it ie. Hand scale, they also speak English. The breakfast was also tasty and the accommodation was very nicely furnished. The accommodation lies also very central, most sightseeing hotspots are within than less 15min walking distance. What needs to be improved is the air conditioning, I lost sleep and also talked with other residents who felt the same because the capsules were too hot to sleep in. The walls inside the cabins need some cleaning too, it turns out some previous guests weren’t as clean and stained the walls.

I like the most is the very helpful frontdesknstaff name BRYAN KIM, upon checking in he was very helpful to my needs like luggage storage for early check in and check out . He also showed me about the airport transfer bus if I needed . Also, he mentioned also the free breakfast they provided and all amenities that the hotel have like laundry , helpful staff . Also, I really love the garden of the hotel and the lay out of the hotel it’s like really a traditional house. The hotel are very clean and of course the bed linens are so wonderful.Breakfast so delicious everyday unlike their soup, fried rice and stir fry mushroom and cheese cake. Also, free coffee and tea all day. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely , I will stay again here if I’m going back to Seoul murphy

I just loved it! The place was amazing, near walking to everything (if you like walking), amazing bus and subway connection, breakfast really good and healthy! Cozy room and loved the nice lightenings in rooms and hotel, the garden and outdoor are beautiful!
