The bus stop from airport bus to the hotel was super close, close to parks,museums, bus stops and subways. Restaurants and shopping places close to the hotel. Rooftop with a very nice view and had washing machine available.
Has a main entrance and another one through coffee shop.
Friendly and helpful front desk.

Great heating inside the rooms, they provide shampoo + conditioner + body wash bottles which get replaced daily, great convenient location near jongno 3ga station, and I also liked the blackout blinds on the window . Room is small but functional, and bathroom is a good size with shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. Great value stay, would stay again!

The room fit our needs as a couple with good storage. It is a bit smaller than normal hotel rooms but still had a good layout. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and spoke English. It felt safe even though the entrance was in an alleyway. This place is close to places to eat and really close to the subway system which is really convenient. Great place to stay for the price and proximity to all things you will want in travelling.

Located in the centre of a block down a dirty alleyway. HOWEVER, the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable with a very good bathroom. Staff were courteous and helpful. Very close to the subway and many historic tourist sites. Rooftop common area was very pleasant and gave a great view of this busy neighborhood. Recommended for those who require a functional and comfortable room and are not particular about hotel exterior. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff at the Grid Inn were so kind and helpful! The entrance to the hotel is down a busy alleyway with several hole-in-the-wall shops - it can be a little confusing at first, but you're literally a 30 second walk to the subway (Blue Line, Jongno-3), with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, and is close to Ikseong Hanok Village and Gwangjang Market.The room was small but was perfect for my needs and I definitely recommend staying here if you need a nice central location in Seoul.

The owner of this hotel is so nice! i felt so welcomed and comfortable during my 10 day stay. The staff were very attentive and the area around it is nice. it is a little bit far out (walking wise) from the central areas but that wasn’t a problem for me. The subway station is right there and there’s an airport shuttle stop right across the street. If you’re looking for budget friendly and convenient stay, i would totally recommend this place!

This is a very quiet and comfortable hotel located in a great location. Walking distance to many places like Myeongdong, Insadong, Ikseon-dong. There is a subway entrance near the hotel. The AC is nice. Front desk is always friendly when I come and go. Check in and check out was very smooth. I will stay here when I come back to Seoul again. The airport limousine bus dropped me off right infront the hotel, you just have to walk a little bit through the alley and you're there. My bed was super comfortable and pillows had good cushion. I slept great every night. Lots of food options nearby. Convenience stores nearby too.

The entrance of the hotel is in a dark corner of a side street. The room was little but for me alone it was enough. The check inn was super fast, although i was a day late because of my flight. The shower flood the bathroom, if you are not careful. For 3 nights everything was fine

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the free washers and dryers, and the ability to drop off our luggage before check-in was a big help. The staff at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. The free laundry was a bonus and the metro station was so close by and with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
