I have travelled a lot and been to many hotels, but it was the worst 5-star hotel I’ve been to my entire life. The standard room is very small(wouldnt have space to spread out large sized luggage), and furniture, bathroom, not a single thing in the room meet a 5-star-hotel standard in my opinion. In the middle of the night, the wall was too thin that I could hear ppl talking from the next door. so very poor soundproof. I asked one of the staff at the concierge about the dining options in the hotel, but his answer was that I should directly contact the restaurants and he didn’t even give me what options of restaurants I have in the hotel. Also, indoor swimming pool is too small it is not even worth visiting. And outdoor swimming was closed. There is absolutely no facilities to use in the hotel. This hotel is defintely not worth the money and I would not recommend unless you are visiting solely for the casino.

요청하는 거 하나도 안들어줄거면 5성급 호텔이라 부르면 안되는거 아닌지… 체크인 시간도 얄짤없고 (프론트 데스크 매우 한가함) 베드 교체 요청도 안되고. 규정이라 어쩔수 없다는거 이해 못하는건 아니지만 다른 데는 최대한 고객에게 맞춰주려고 하거든요. 시설도 낡았고 옆방 아기랑 대화 가능한 정도인데 그러면 서비스라도 좋아야 하지 않을까요? 포터 분도 짐 무엇인지 신경쓰지도 않고 끈 찢어질 정도로 불안하게 옮기시는 모습까지 봐서 너무너무 실망입니다.

夜中にチェックインしたにも、関わらずすごく丁寧な対応でした。 この時間での食事の事も心配いただき、助かりました。 また、朝早くのチェックアウトでの空港までのタクシーの手配等とても優しく対応いただきありがとうございました。部屋からの眺望も最高でした。 次回もまた利用させていただきます。 本当に最高のホテルでしたよ

カジノに近いのでその点はメリットだがレストランが高級店しかなく、地下のコンビニも品揃えが悪い。坂の上なので孤立してるので、ホテルに戻る前に買い出しが必要だった。
