The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices. The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

The service was top-of-the-line and the cleaning lady was one of the nicest old ladies I’ve ever met. The breakfast was also really good and the staff always ensured that you were satisfied and that all your needs were fullfilled and helped you to the best of their ability. I would absolutely choose Golden Seoul again.

Great find

Great experience overall. Spacious rooms and great location with restaurants and train station nearby. The only thing was the bathroom had a stain in the shower.

The view of Han River from the room was pretty cool. The room was okay, as the furniture and curtains were pretty old and the bathroom could've been cleaner. There were quite a lot of restaurants and diners in the area, and it was really close to Yeomchang subway station, which was excellent.

This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. For a 4-star hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for amenities. Every amenity was free at a 3-star hotel we stayed at in Japan with a much comfier bed. They were still cleaning our room after check-in time and missed a Q-tip sitting on the nightstand.
