Very nice hotel, but 30 min from Seoul Station & Myeongdong area. We found ourselves going back and forth from this area during our 3 day stay in Seoul. On our 4th day we stayed at a hotel nearer to Seoul Station to get back to the airport in a timely manner. The area around the hotel is very quiet. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance but some close early if there’s no one there, so make sure it’s open if you plan on going. Overall, the property is beautiful, modern & classy but to be so far from the “busy” part of Seoul was a bummer. If you want a suburban feel & things to be quiet then this is probably for you.

Thank you to the staff at the front desk especially. The hotel is clean, so convenient for the subway, breakfast buffet was so varied and delicious, and the food at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor was also fantastic.

I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel

Meh. Check-in and out processes seemed very rigid... Paid for 'early' check-in even though a room was available, lol... Missing a lot of the finer touches of higher end accommodations (though to be fair, they do not charge or position themselves as five-star). Soundproofing sorely lacking. Basic room footprint seemed a bit cramped. Buffet was nothing special. Everything seemed a bit DIY. Useful as a base for 'Han River' activities but would not recommend staying more than a day or two.

The metro station is in front of the hotel. Spacious and well-designed room. The toilet and shower room are separated. The only and biggest problem was bad soundproofing. We could hear the noise of the shower room's door sliding from the next room and heavy footsteps from upstairs. The noise from upstairs woke me up at midnight for four consecutive nights since I checked in, so I asked a front desk lady to remind the guest upstairs. However, she was unwilling to do so. She wanted me to call the front desk immediately whenever the noise came. The problem was that it always happened at midnight when I was sleeping. Therefore, I was woken up for the entire stay - 6 nights.
