The hotel was una. Corridor, had a good size, the bed was confortable and good size the room, the personnel was very kind and Nice, the only Bad thing was the door of the bathroom thay was damaged and while taking a shower the water went out.

Mr. Chen is very helpful and accommodating. The location is a few steps away from subway, walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, like Gyeongbokgung palace, Bukchon Hanok village, Dongdaenum Gate, Gwangiang Market and Insadong markets.

Very pleasant stay, owner extremly friendly and helpful. Room small but confortable. The only downside there is no lift and the hotel has no quiet time policy between 11pm-7am like other hotels so it is really noisy at night with people shoting in the corridor, family with kids running around or party downstairs in the reception area. So really good but def a bit noisy.

Location and the pricing were the only good thing. Very small room, the bed barely fits. At this price point, it is to be expected. But the bathroom had molds. And the AC while worked great had black build ups, probably mold too.

Great location, 1min way from the station's exit. Don't expect much for the price point, it covers all your basic needs and amenities. Hence a good overall rating even thought it may not be the most comfortable space. Bed was bad, I felt like I could feel the springs of the bed. It also seems like there's only 1 staff, and he's not always at the front desk. Everything is very self service due to covid. Check-in process was basically just entering into the venue and grabbing your keys that are left by the check-in counter.

Très peu de contact avec le personnel car jamais là, je n’arrive pas à comprendre le planning de présence qui est communiqué et qui n’est pas vraiment respecté. Un Check-in et un check-out qui se fait seul sans aucune explication. Pour vous rendre compte du grotesque de la situation je suis arrivée à cet hôtel à 22h et la porte d’entrée est verrouillée par un Digicode et personne de présent à la réception pour nous ouvrir. Après 30 min d’attente d’autres clients sont entrés et nous en avons profité pour entrer. Apres avoir cherché une présence nous n’avons trouvé personne sur place uniquement un post-it avec mon nom le numéro de chambre et le Digicode de la porte d’entrée (mais si nous sommes à l’extérieur comment avoir accès à ses informations ?). Une chambre qui était sale et humide, au niveau de la salle de bain c’est à peine si j’osai y entrer pour m’y laver tellement j’avais cette sensation que cet endroit était mal entretenu. Nous avions demandé un nettoyage de notre chambre, nettoyage qui n’a jamais été effectué. Un problème de porte de chambre on nous nous sommes retrouvé enfermé de l’intérieur pendant 30 min sans que le personnel (in)existant nous porte la moindre assistance. Pareil un un autre soir la porte d’entrée qui ne fonctionnait plus, j’ai du trouver une fenêtre et l’escalader pour accéder à l’hôtel car encore une fois pas de personnel de présent sur place. Soyez averti ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un guest House et encore…

シングルルーム(専用シャワー)１人旅です。 鍾路3街15番出口を出たところの脇道を入ってすぐにあるため立地が良かったです。14番号出口はエスカレーターがあるのでキャリーケースがある場合はそちらを利用すると便利です。玄関のパスワードは、当日教えていただき、無人フロントに鍵が置かれていました。ドアの建付けが悪く鍵を開けたり閉めたり少しこつが必要でした(笑)ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、連絡したらすぐに使えるものを持ってきてくれました。シャワーは少しぬるめでしたが、水捌けは良かったです。シャワーとトイレは引き戸タイプの扉だったので、扉の溝に水が入ると、水漏れします。 出窓があり、私はそこをドレッサー代わりにしていました。部屋には小さい冷蔵庫もありました。コンセント、たくさんあります。ベッドはキシキシしますが、特に問題なく宿泊しました。基本的に安く旅行をしたいタイプの方なら問題なく泊まれます。 最終日、フロントルームで他の宿泊家族の方の宴会に混ぜていただき、楽しかったです。

結論、細かいことが気にならなければとても良いホテル。 駅徒歩1分という好立地。 電源は豊富。 冷房もよく効くし、ベットは綺麗。 大通りを少し入ったところで治安に不安がありましたが、問題なし、早朝も正面の飲食店が電気がついていました。 鍵はフロントで無人受け取りでした。 細かいこととは ・部屋にコップや歯ブラシなし（深夜は入れない無人フロントにウォーターサーバーがありました） ・構造上、部屋のドアを閉じないと風呂のドアを開けられない。閉めても水漏れしてしまう。 ・リクエストがないと掃除はなく、タオルやトイレットペーパーは廊下にある場所から持ってきてあげる方式（数が限られており、ない日もあった） ・トイレットペーパーのが錆びていてシャワーで濡れるとトイレットペーパーが汚れるなど。 それでも価格帯を考えると十分です。

Great Stay!

I loved my stay at Fully Hong! It was perfectly located to walk to the main attractions of the area and to the subway. Tony was super welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Tony :)
