Great location and very friendly, supportive staff. The only drawback is that the elevators can take quite a long time to arrive and usually stop on too many floors, so you need to factor in 5-10 minutes just to take the elevator down when on your way out.

I originally booked another hotel in the area, which I needed to leave after one night due to poor quality, and I came to Four Points instead. I'm glad I did. The location is excellent. The property itself was clean and modern, and the room was spacious. I would definitely come stay here again if/when I am back in Seoul.

Great hotel staff—very friendly, polite, and accommodating! I couldn’t ask for more. I just didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet as much since it was the same menu every day. We stayed for 10 days, and for 2 of those days I had to fast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take anything to go for later and the restaurant closes and empties the area very early, so some of the money felt wasted.

Great location — just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful, which made the stay even better. However, the toilet could use some attention — there were quite a few water stains that affected the overall impression.
