Upon my arrival, the receptionist, without offering any greeting, immediately asked if I spoke English — ironically while using a translator. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. I requested a room change, but although the linens appeared clean, the room was dusty and the furniture was old, stained, and torn. The overall condition was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price I paid. During my six-day stay, I also had to personally request for the room to be cleaned. Even then, when I returned later in the afternoon, the cleaning had not yet been completed, and I was asked to wait. This level of service was highly disappointing.

値段の割に部屋が汚くて、自分で除菌シートであちこちふきました。ソファーも古くて結構ぼろぼろでした！フェイスタオルは3枚！でも、かなり使い古してました。バスタオルはなぜか一枚しかなかったので、フロントに言って2枚もらいましたが何か不思議そうな顔をしていました。

MRT往十里駅から３番出口（エレベータ有）駅にはイーマート１F　上にはレストラン街　便利ホテルの周りには焼肉、海鮮レストラン多いが基本２人前から　大通り沿いのファーストフードが便利

Horrible! Odeurs de cigarette dans la climatisation. Baignoire qui fuit et le personnel de l’hôtel ne semble pas intéressé quand on vient le dire et fait semblant de pas comprendre l’anglais. Moisissure dans la salle de bain Des asticots qui sortent d’en dessous la baignoire. Le ménage pas fait tous les jours. Je ne recommande pas du tout

일단 예약했던 방의 청결상태는 꽝이었습니다. 그나마 프런트에서 바꿔주지 않았더라면 예약을 취소하고 싶을 정도였습니다. 프런트직원이 친절하기도 하였고 변경한 방은 그나마 변경전보다 나아서 묵었습니다. 호텔이라는 표현보다는 모텔이 나을듯하네요. 침대 매트리스는 비닐을 벗기지 않았는지 버스럭 거리는 소리때문에 잠을 편히 잘수도 없었네요. 주차 공간 역시 부족하였고 외부주차장에 주차를 했음에도 불구하고 자동차키를 프런트에 맡겨달라하여 상당히 불편했습니다.

습기와 화장실 청결에 좀 더 신경을 써주심 좋겠어요

전국체전과 입시가 겹쳐 거의 대부분의 호텔이 만실이라 어렵게 구해 지인과 2박을 함 음료가 커피가 무료 제공이라 감사해요 커피 맛이 좋아요~~ 룸들은 다양하고 이쁩니다 여러 후기와 같이 화장실의 청결 상태가 너무 좋지 않아요 금연실로 예약했음에도 불구하고 지인 룸은 담배 냄새가 빠지지 않아 잠도 못자고 입시생 옷에 냄새가 베일까봐 밤새 문을 열어 놓고 잤구요 저희 룸은 화장실 습기가 온방을 뒤덮어 쌀쌀한 날씨에 에어컨을 켜놓고 자야했어요 일정 때문에 나가며 룸교체를 요구하니 흔쾌히 교체해주셔서 남은 하루는 나름 잘 지내다 갔어요 화장실 청결에 좀 더 신경을 써주심 좋겠어요~~

가격대비 무난하게 묵을 수 있습니다. 침대쪽의 벽면이 거울로 되어 있습니다. 욕실 시설이 좋아 마음에 들었습니다. 욕조 테두리가 좁아 음료를 놓기 힘든것은 아쉬웠습니다.

前台英文太爛，沒有告訴我房間雪櫃內的飲料免費，也沒有告訴我大堂有免費咖啡機，問他用品包內的是什麼東西，也答不出來用完沐浴間，整個浴室地板全濕，很容易滑倒洗手盤和浴缸的水龍頭，每次用完都會把整個範圍打濕水龍頭分冷熱水兩個，每次都要用兩隻手，慢慢調節溫度馬桶的電子廁板只有韓文標示，不懂使用反正就是洗手間範圍地雷太多，每次進入都要小心奕奕前台雖然什麼都答不出來，但有禮，也樂意借剪刀給我用
