The hotel is very conveninent both for business and touristic purposes. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. There's a metro station nearby and taxi services are very good in Seoul. When we visit Seoul again this hotel will be our first choice; as long as they make high increases at the hotel rates :)

The staff at the lobby and concierge were well-trained, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and all the essential amenities were well-provided. However, the automatic sensor light in the closet did not turn off and seemed to need repair. I would love to return next time.

We stayed for one week, and during my stay there were quite a few unsatisfying events, After house keeping, the soap was not refilled, I got into the shower wet and no soap. Secondly I asked the hotel for help to order flowers for a proposal, they said they do not have such service, and they recommend me with a flower boutique which I don’t speak Korean,(well it’s not in their service) When I checked out and asked for a taxi to the airport, the valet staff ignored me for like 10min it’s, then he assisted someone else to the cab I ordered, after 15 minutes the concierge staff figured I am still at the hotel, communication between staff is bad But other that those, my stay was still pleasant. In room dining was delicious, concierge staff was friendly
