Great customer service

I stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to a meeting I had early the next morning and it was reasonably priced. The room was clean and sufficient. This is not a luxury hotel but, for the price I would stay again. Hallways smelled like smoke but, the room did not so I was happy. The staff was very nice, when I arrived the garage was full so they valet parked my car. And to talk about service, the next morning when we got in the elevator they must have cameras because 30 seconds after we got out of the elevator, my car was up front. They offered us extra towels, free bottled water and the room was equipped with an air purifier. Great place for the price.

We stop by the hotel in the morning to store my baggage and found out their booking record in their system was different from Expedia, I asked them to check with Expedia and will come back to check in the evening. Can you imagine what happen then. The employee did not check with Expedia proactively and treat us like we are doing something wrong, They keep us wait for hours to check in.
