Great stay at AMID. Very close to many sites, staff were super helpful, hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. We got sick during our stay and the staff helped us find a hospital that was open. Cleaning staff were wonderful too. Highly recommend this hotel in Seoul!

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. It’s perfectly located, has many convenience stores nearby, many restaurants and close to the train stations. The hotel itself was very clean, and most of all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This goes from the front desk staff to the cleaners who were welcoming and always ready to help. One of my favourite things about the stay was the breakfast service. There was so much choice and all of it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay there again when I visit Seoul again.

Excellent hotel! The location is unbeatable, only a few blocks away from the lovely Insadong neighborhood but thankfully retired from all the noise to properly rest. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the guest pantry, even if little, was a blessing when arriving late and only wanted to heat some ramen. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast buffet, it's not worth it. But other than that I'd go back to this hotel any other time!

Location is great however really busy. Which means it’s not that quiet in the suite. You can hear noises from neighbouring suites. Also the cleaning staff start cleaning well before checkout time (around 8-ish when check out is 11am) which adds to more noise. Overall the hotel is good and no general concerns.

I really want to rate this hotel higher because the staff were really nice, it was clean, and had a great location. Unfortunately the air was absolutely stagnant. There was very little ventilation throughout our floor. It was not pleasant to sleep in and the thermostat did nothing
