Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was well furnished and designed, with adequate amenities. Short walk from the train station, many dining options around.

Great assistance and service from staff, very helpful and good recommendations. Abit far from city Center, mostly commute via taxi going out n coming back to hotel. But all in all nothing but a Wonderful and Pleasant Experience!!!

Good: - 10mins walk to the nearest metro station - checkin went well - bus stops nearby - convenient stores and restaurants nearby - tv in the room - bathroom was modern Bad: - staff lacks very basic english - no windows that I can open in our room so it was very hot inside - air conditioner is very very noisy we had to turn it off and on every few minutes - bathroom smells awful because of sewers (?) - bedspread with holes

I enjoyed staying at this budget option. The subway is only 5 min walk away. A lot of value for the money. Staff speaks basic English. The room is simple but clean. Nice bathroom with rain shower and bidet. Black out curtains, which helps to battle the jet lag

KSPOで開催されたコンサートのために宿泊しました。ホテルの部屋が広くてベッドも広くて良かったです。トイレの紙は流せないタイプだったけどひとりだったから大丈夫でした。誰かと一緒だったらちょっとキツイかもです。長漢坪駅からホテルに行く間に飲食店がたくさんあるし、ホテルの向かいにセブンもあるし環境的には好きでした。駅からホテルはバスでも歩きでもいいしバスは結構多かったです。仁川空港行きバスは30分に1本程度でしたが30分位遅れてきたので時間に余裕もってて良かったです。KSPOのコンサートの時はまた利用したいと思いました。

良かったか点コンビニが近くにあり、バス停が近い、部屋はコンパクトですが清潔で荷物を置くところも広め、ACアダプタが常設されており充電便利悪かった点駅がエスカレーターなどがなく荷物があるときも無いときも大変ディフューザーが置いてあったが空っぽ、お風呂のドアが閉まらず押さえておかないと、トイレはスペースまで水浸しになる、トイレのフタがついてないので衛生的な課題を感じた、クーラーの操作が限られていて風向きの調節とかはほぼできないのと音がうるさすぎるのでスイッチONのままは寝られない（タイマー機能もない）

宿泊したときにいたフロントのスタッフの方は日本語が話せて、日本語で対応してくれました。ホテルにいるのは夜くらいだから、広さや清潔感は十分。まわりにコンビニや飲食店も多いので困りません。強いて言うなら、駅からは徒歩10分くらい歩く。外出先が地下鉄5号線を使うなら、金額も安いし良いホテルです。

日本人女一人旅で利用しました。こんな安く泊まっていいの！？というくらい綺麗なホテルです。シティホテルと高めのホテルの間くらい。 **良かった点** ・繁華街からは離れているからか静か。深夜の到着になり治安を心配していましたが、チラホラ現地の人がいるくらいで、大通り沿いなので全く問題なし。・一人には勿体ない広さで、内装も綺麗です。・ミネラルウォーターが冷蔵庫に備え付け。連泊だと補充されないのですが、フロントに言えば追加をもらえるみたいです。・ウォシュレット完備 **悪かった点** ・あまり設備についての説明がなく、とりあえず自分でやってみる、みたいな感じ。 →Wi-Fiは部屋番号のフリーWi-Fiを使うっぽかったですが、自分の部屋番号が出てこず隣の部屋のを使いました。 →エアコンのリモコンがなく困り果てた結果、口コミからテレビのリモコンと一体化していると知る。ハングルなので

今回は失敗してしまいました。トイレの紙は流さないタイプで萎えてしまった。またホテル全体の匂いがちょっと苦手だった。汚れを匂いで誤魔化している感じ。部屋に何か案内の紙などもなく、全て韓国語のみ、英語もなかったので、本当に大変だった。アメニティやバスタオルはありましたが、連泊中掃除はしてくれないし、もしかしたら何かやらなきゃいけなかったのかもしれないけど受付で案内もされない、部屋に案内もないからわからない。ラブホじゃないけど、それに近いものを感じた。街も飲み屋街なので、普通に夜怖かった。もう使わない。

The staff were very nice and friendly. They gave us two umbrellas to use when it was raining outside. The hotel was a little dark for our liking. Also, one pair of the paper slippers in the room looked like it had been worn. But overall, very nice hotel - would visit again!
