This hotel is a great stay if you're looking for convenience! its right on the market and so shopping was easy, and well located for public transportation with a bit of walking. The Incheon airport is one of the worst in the world for proximity to the city centre (Seoul), around 1.5 - 2 hour bus ride - one way! If you plan to not visit Seoul just stay in one of those cozy fancy affordable hotels near the airport, but if you plan to explore Seoul stay close to downtown. I was shocked to see how far the airport was to Seoul city centre. Another pro is its cheap, and the rooms are simple and quiet. I found it comfortable for a hostel.
The con is the check in, which is basically either a phone with a Korean speaker on the other side who doesn't speak english, or a QR code on the inside of the door to check in with your phone. The other problem is the hotel itself is in an alley that gets darker the further you walk in it, i dont know why they don't just light up the alley to make it less scary. But Seoul is pretty safe, and there's lots of young people staying there so its not that much of an issue. it just looks scary. And if you arrive after 10pm to check in its a bit tricky to get in the hotel, not the funnest experience arriving with your luggage. To get around that just ask one of the people staying there as they walk in the hotel on how to check in.
