Highly Recommended Hotel in Seoul

I have had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful and strategically located hotel in Seoul from 9th to 14th April recently! The reception staffs were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints at all and will definitely return to stay if I need to go to Seoul again in future!

Please avoid this hotel at all cost. All room has central AC so you cannot control the room temperature. It is now 11/8 today at 9:50pm, and my room temperature is 28.5°C (81°F). I asked the front desk if they can help with this and they told to turn the fan on...but it doesn't help at all. The hotel is very old and everyrhing is outdated. The room is not cleaned well. I paid $220 per night and they don't even offer any extra water or toothpaste. If you want them, you should go to the first floor and buy them. The service doesn't feel like it is 4 star hotel, but more likely a motel or 2-3 star average... don't waste your time and money at here. The hotel room/furnitures are not maintained well and beds are not clean.

孔徳駅と麻浦駅のほぼ真ん中に位置しているため、ロケーションとしては満点ではありませんが、客室の過ごしやすさ、清潔感で星５つ。 結婚式を迎えたカップルに遭遇しました。そういったイベントにも対応できるような格式あるホテルでした。ゴージャス！

二回目の宿泊をさせていただきました。 前回同様、接客等サービス面でも高級感を感じられますし、客室もゆったりとした造りでゆっくりと快適に滞在することが出来ました。 4泊をファミリールーム、1泊をツインルームでの滞在でしたが、前半4泊(6F)のシャワーは水圧が低く、身体を流すのには物足りなかったです。 後半1泊のツインルーム(12F)は6Fとは格段に違って充分な水量がありました。 また両室共通していたのがバスルーム入り口の扉に隙間が1センチくらいですが開いてしまい、シャワー使用時の湯気やトイレ使用時は気になってしまいます。 個別の内鍵は無い為にそのまま使用せざるを得ませんでした。 立地は麻浦駅と孔徳駅のほぼ中間、若干麻浦駅よりです。 周辺は飲食店が沢山あり、毎日周辺で楽しむことが出来ます。 対応いただいたハウスキーパーの方は基本韓国語のみ？ではありましたが、清掃不要でもタオル類やティッシュ類、ボトルウォーターの補充等にも気を配っていただき、とても感じが良かったです。 またフロントの皆さまも、今回は予約が3件に分かれていた為チェックイン時に混乱させてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず丁寧に応対していただけました。 特に4泊目からの部屋移動の際、チェックアウトとチェックインの時間差が出来ないよう、早めに部屋を用意していただき、それをわざわざ連絡していただいたフロントのKwakさんのホスピタリティには感謝です。日本語での対応も丁寧でしたし、自然な笑顔での接客も気持ちが良かったです。ありがとうございました。 是非また次回もお世話になりたいと思います。
