Biwon Guest House

Great location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, etc but still quiet enough at night. The room itself was a bit run down, but clean. The mattress was very thin, so may not be suitable for westerners who like a soft mattress.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super convenient location. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain which was a little weird, but we kept the fan running so we never smelled any pipe smell. They provided a lot of towels so even though it was only hand towels (all the hotels we stayed at did this) it was never a problem. They had a water cooler out side so very convenient for staying hydrated.

Affordable nice convenient guesthouse.

It's a guesthouse. But its super convenient location, airport shuttle 120m from the building, super friendly and nice staff. Affordable and good for cheap travelling. I would stay again.

Cheap and cheerful stay

The hostel is basic and has the necessary amenities. It is good for a short stay. The rooms are smaller in size. For the location and price, it is a good stay. I would say though that it will be helpful to co-ordinate with 7 eleven staff so that they know of the location. It'll be helpful for tourists.

We booked a room for 2. It was really spacious. I especially loved it bec of its proximity to a convenience store, Anguk subway station, Changdeokgung palace and museums. The place was clean, and quiet.

Would really want to gatekeep this but I think people must know how great of a stay this place is. Pros: - Hospitality is top notch I have no words.🙏 - I felt safe staying there. - Quiet neighborhood. - Strong water pressure. Can still be improved: - Cleanliness - Facility is quite dated. This place is a gem! Seriously, I had a private room and bathroom and it was exactly what I needed. There was a bathtub which was great for soaking after the freezing rain! Changdeokgung Palace is a block away and Gyeongbokgung Palace is an easy walk as is Bukchon Hanok Village. Close to transportation and wonderful dining options in Insadong. I am so glad that I stayed here! I was traveling alone and lost my wallet and the owners were so kind and helpful! There is a 7eleven steps away that takes ApplePay in case you need it, like I did!! The guesthouse allowed me to store luggage after checkout for no cost. It really is an excellent find!

The place is clean, nice looking and well located but a good price. Totally recommended. Beds were a little uncomfortable but they were good enough!

チェックイン時に注意が必要だが、慣れれば便利

チェックイン時に、受付に人はおらず、メールで扉のパスワードを聞く方式なので、最初は戸惑うが、中に入ってしまえば、小綺麗で部屋も広く、快適。場所も非常に便利な場所にある。

1박 잠만 잘 숙소로는 괜찮은 곳입니다. 비록 화장실 시설이 엄청 옛날거라 샤워할때 많이 불편하긴 했지만요. 지하철역까지 가기에는 종로 식당가 인파를 뚫느라 안내된 10분내로 이용하긴 힘들어요. 창덕궁쪽 버스를 이용하길 추천합니다.

這是第三次入住，房間如從前都很乾淨，環境亦很清静。可能新冠疫情關係，今次入住已沒有早餐供應，出入也是自行按密碼。沒有當年可以和其他旅客互相溝通的溫馨情景和温暖，感覺這次入住有點冰冷，今次住2晚除了入住時見到付責人，其他時間看不見沒有人。這次入住硬件没有改變，房間整潔、光亮，改變只是感覺有點冰冷，沒有從前可以和店家們和背包客的互動。

空港リムジンのバス停から徒歩5分の場所にあり、すぐ近くにセブンイレブンもあるのでとても便利です。仁寺洞、北村韓屋村も徒歩圏内です。受付のお兄さんが温かく対応してくれて嬉しかったです。部屋はちょうどいいコンパクトさで、清潔感がありとても気に入りました！シャワーはバスタブがありませんが、トイレとの間にちゃんとビニールカーテンがあったのでトイレがびしょ濡れになることはなく、バスタブが無いことでむしろ広く使えてよかったです。ただ、雨が降ると部屋の角で雨漏りしていたのが気になりました。リノベアパートのようだったので仕方ないのかな… 総合的にはとても好きな宿だったので、ソウルに泊まるときはまた利用したいと思います！

한가지 빼고 모든게 좋았던 ^^

긴가 민가하며 예약을 했는데^^ 방만 더 가능했으면 그 후에 예약했던 호텔을 취소하고 이 비원게스트 하우스에 계속 있을 수 있어도 좋겠다 생각했네요.. 위치며 안전함 또 가격대비 가성비 정말 최고 였어요. 창덕궁 바로 앞쪽에 위치한 게스트 하우스.. 24시간 편의점도 걸어서 1분거리에 있고 5분 정도 걸으면 익선동 또 한정거장 걸어서 인사동, 바로 길건너편으론 북촌, 최고의 위치에 있네요. 근데 한가지 아쉬웠던 건 밤에 복도에 불이 안 켜져 있어서 오가는데 좀 무서웠던~~ 계단을 올라갈땐 센서등이 있어서 계단쪽으론 자동적으로 불이 켜지는데 그 외에 복도는 불이 전혀 안 켜져서 새벽이나 밤에 오가는데는 사람이 전혀 안보이는데 좀 무서웠어요. 1층에 낮에는 오히려 불이 켜져있던데 낮보단 밤에 불이 켜져 있는데 투숙객들이 오가는데 안전감을 느끼지 않을까 싶습니다. 다음에 한국 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소로 추천합니다!

가격대비 괜찮아요

이 가격에 개인 화장실까지 딸려있는점은 만족했으나 화장실이 너무 추워서 도저히 샤워를 할 수 없었던 점은 힘들었네요. 주인분이 친절하게 전화 주시고 체크인 안내해 주신 점은 좋았어요.

Does the cat count as staff? Was very happy to see the kitty there. The hostel was terrific, and a great value too! The hostess were very pleasant and friendly; although to be fair, I need to learn more Korean. The location to 7-11, local eateries (non-chain) and tourist/historical sites were a very nice bonus. Location from a bus stop, and train were easy walking distance. Although I traveled during a hot (to me) period -- it's summer after all, the air conditioner helped out a lot, which cooled the room pretty quick. Plenty of room in the dresser for unloading my flight bag. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay of which I would like to see again, perhaps in the winter to see how it is.
