Takes a while to get the car, car elevator malfunctioned and had to use the cab, but the staff did compensate for the taxi fare, delivered the car to my location and was apologetic. Regardless, it demonstrates issues around their parking system

The staff was so friendly! They always went above and beyond for any requests we made. The manager Billy Kim made sure we were taken care of at all times. The location was close to cafes, food and convenience stores. We always felt safe. We loved staying at the Ananti at Gangnam!

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The rooms and common areas are really nice. I came across the house keepers once and they were lovely and did an excellent job tidying up. The pools look great but were quite busy with families though I think there’s an hour reserved at the end of the day for adults only. The downsides to the hotel are that 1) the service is lacking. The people at reception were friendly and polite but the hotel doesn’t seem to have staff

Amazing Hotel

Loved this hotel, it was just as the photos show it to be. Clean, beautiful and unique. Worth the stay. I wish the loft area had its own toilet/sink to avoid going up and down the stairs at night. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and the decor was amazing.

This was the most amazing hotel experience for such an affordable price. The room was absolutely stunning and so spacious. I could live in the bathroom it was so gorgeous. The staff was also extremely helpful in assisting my boyfriend and I with booking a last minute couples massage and facial at an amazing spa within walking distance on the day of. The subway is a bit far but there are bus stops nearby and you can always call an uber. The area has some cute coffee shops and is about a 15 minute walk from Apgujeong which has really nice bars, cute little stores, and hair salons.

Ananti at Gangnam is beautifully decorated and the Cabin U was very comfortable for a family of four. We didn’t get to use the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Poissons, the onsite restaurant, and complimentary cocktail lounge. Contrary to the other reviews I’ve read, we had no issues at all with the staff - they were courteous both during check-in and check-out. The only downside to this hotel is that it’s a 15 min walk to subway stations nearby. But we got by just fine with Ubers. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

So yes the rooms are unique, the pool beautiful but the property is on a boring artery. The interesting part of Gangnam is a 12 minute walk away.

Beautiful open loft style rooms. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, and the rooms and hotel were sparkling clean. The rooms were rather warm being up in a loft and wish it could be cooled down some more. There’s a certain quiet tranquility about the place.

The hotel is great for couples looking for a lovely hotel. Not so suit with a couple with a child. Public transport bus and train is some what close but is not very convenient. Not much to do in the area, need to travel to get to all attractions or activities. Hotel looks lovely and facilities are good.

Practically perfect

We absolutely loved our stay. This was a great hotel for our family trip to Seoul. The hotel has so much to offer. The room was spacious and our family of four was comfortable and didn’t feel like we were in each other's space constantly. The only negative was that it was unseasonably warm in Seoul this weekend and the heating/AC system was still configured for the winter so the room got a bit toasty at times. We would highly recommended this hotel and can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful but very hot rooms!

Gorgeous design with spacious rooms. Very convenient location. However the room is extremely stuffy and the air-conditioning doesn't work. There were a few days where the room was stifling, even when they delivered a fan and the terrace door was open. It was only when the evening temperature dropped below 5 celcius that the room was more tolerable. This is something that can be drastically improved by the hotel. The bathrooms are really large and nicely designed. It's convenient for families that the bathroom and toilet are separate (3 sinks total). I would only stay again if it is in the middle of winter.

Our stay at Ananti at Gangnam was nothing short of amazing. The room, the environment created, the facilities. We loved it and would highly recommend. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about rude staff but we didn’t experience that at all, I think they’re still quite a new team and are handling things well. The cabin itself was a dream, the beds were so comfortable. The room was a bit on the warm side, especially when sleeping but when we spoke to someone else staying there they said their room was nice and cold so it might depend on placement, or we weren’t working the aircon right which is a high possibility. Overall, if you get the chance to stay here we would say go for it.
