During our two week vacation in South Korea this was our favourite hotel to stay in. The location is nice, close to the coast. The staff was good at addressing issues. We had an issue with the water heating in our room and the staff moved us to a different room right away. Breakfast was nice, both the Korean and American style. The room was clean and the tub was nice to use. The bed was comfy. Would stay here again!

This is a gem of a hotel. We particularly liked the restaurant food and ambience. As a vegetarian, I had been having a difficult time in Japan and S Korea. However, the food for both me and my omnivorous wife was first class. Accompanied by the best view you hope to find. I would recommend to others

Fabulous stay at Zen Hideaway!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at Zen Hideaway and it was a wonderful experience. From the easy check-in (and check out process) to the impeccable service staff to the room with amazing view - we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you also for the champagne and cake for our anniversary. This isnโ€™t our first trip to Jeju but this oneโ€™s the best so far!
