Ocean view and sound! Great restaurants very close by. I had best abalone clay pot rice. Plenty of parking spaces. Room was big and bathroom was also large. Very quite able to sleep well. Beautiful property!

The room was clean and spacious. The facility was beautiful - you’re right on the coast, there’s a pool right in front overlooking the coast (tip: they require swimming caps for pool use). The breakfast was decent. Free parking.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! You definitely need to rent a car for this one, but there was plenty of parking space and it was the perfect location to explore Jeju's southern coast. It's in a small town with gorgeous sea views and some restaurants around that you can just walk to for dinner if you're tired of driving. The hotel restaurant was great as well, and I really miss their amazing breakfast buffet with both Korean and Western options. I had the abalone porridge every day! Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with good quality bathroom amenities as well.

We had a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend this hotel. The stuff is so extremely friendly. Our flight towards Jeju was cancelled and therefore, we could only arrive one day later. I just wanted to inform the hotel about the arrival next day but they changed the whole booking for free and did everything to help us.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool and the view are stunning. The surrounding area is quiet, but you can easily get buses into town and beyond. There arent many food options locally, but the hotel has a convinience store onsite. Room was comfortable.

Idyllic Grand Sumorum

The Grand Sumorum is in a great location right in front of the ocean although there is no beach. The views are idyllic, however, and they have two large pools. The location is also close to various restaurants and markets. They also have a large gym with an ocean view. If coming back to Jeju, I would choose this property again as a top choice.

Beautiful property. Very family friendly. I don’t know if there was a language barrier but my child had a bed accident and they would not change the bedding during our stay. The walls looked a little beaten up, probably from all the roller suitcases.

- Appreciated the expedia VIP benefit of 1 daily welcome drink (choice of citrus juice, hot/iced americano) - The room (superior twin in annex) itself was okay, fairly modern. Excellent toiletries from Malin Goetz. - A short walk from the hotel will bring you to a stretch of restaurants/ cafes etc. We got a happy surprise :) when we spotted a sign on a haenyeo cultural center right next to the hotel. Followed the sign and caught some haenyeos returning from their dive - Housekeeping was attentive. We opted out from the daily cleaning and got a bag of fresh towels and water everyday - Soundproofing can be better. We were woken up every morning by housekeeping knocking our neighbour’s door and neighbours walking past our door - Fantastic gym with sea views. There is a water dispenser in the gym

Good hotel and lovely location- some issues

The room was nice but we had to request cleaning due stains around the floors. The hotel would have changed our room but the options provided were only lower standard than what we had. Hence, we just waited for the next day for proper cleaning and apologies were provided along with wine bottle The breakfast was mediocre and we had some issues with that, as the hotel provided discount for the breakfast when it was confirmed previous day. However they forgot to request us to pay for it immediately and hence they tried to charge the regular amount. Additionally, due the discussion with the staff we lost the time reserved for the breakfast but still stayed for it. However it came for us as a surprise that the staff required everyone to leave the breakfast room by the time it was informed to close and we were left with only 10 minutes breakfast.. There was only one staff member who spoke English
