The hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful location. Convenient store at the same building, next to the reception. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We also recommend to try out a restaurant called “Devil (something)”, one of the best meal! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place!

There is a 7-eleven in the lobby, which is very convenient. The facilities look clean and well maintained. There are washing machines available 24h which is also convenient, though there were only two washing and two drying machines. Plenty of parking space outside and some underground. A point to be aware is that there is a window between the shower and the bed space, the frosting on it is not enough to have privacy, in one of the rooms we stayed there was a curtain on this window, but the other room didn't, sharing this space with friends awkward. Another point is that it wasn't clear that the rooftop pool was going to be closed during the time of our stay, we were expecting a resort like experience but it wasn't what we got.

The Best Jeju hotel

I can smell it when door open my room first time. It feels like animal smell things. My floor is 9th. After 1hour refreshing, smell no longer anymore. Parking space was good. Breakfast was not bad as well. Pool exist, but no information I found. I already booked this hotel more than 2month ago. They serviced room for build view side. This point actually minus.

The hotel was excellent. I really appreciated the service and location. The staff at the roof top pool (the one who wears glasses) was extremely hospitable. 아이들에게도 너무 친절하시고 서비스도 너무 감동이었어요. The view from the roof top is the best. Breakfast was also great. I will visit there again!

성산일출봉이 가깝고 아침에 멀리 보이는 바다와 불어오는 바람이 기분좋았습니다 다만, 저같은 경우는 평일 단기 연박을 했는데 청소인지 다른 객실 이용자인지 쿵쾅거리는 소리가 계속 들렸고 5층이었는데 담배 냄새도 올라오더라구요 샤워 헤드기의 수압과 물줄기는 대만족했습니다 다만 객실 내가 좀 어두웠어요 해가 잘 안들어서 손빨래 한 속옷이나 양말도 건조에 3일정도 걸렸어요 무엇보다 조식... 메뉴에 큰 기대는 없었지만 음식 리필이 너무 더뎠어요 토스터기마저 작동이 잘 안됐고 우유도 안 나오도 참.. 정말 새벽같이 먹고 가셔야하는 분이라면 근처 아침식사 하는 곳 많으니 든든하게 드시길 바랍니다 직원분들이나 호텔 카운터 계시는 분들도 참 친절하셨어요!
