God value for spacous accommodation

This condo property seems almost abandoned at the moment due to the pandemic.While the exterior is in need of repainting and upkeep, the condo we were given was in good shape,spacious and comfortable. We liked the quiet location and access to nearby museums and restaurants. The gym is a bit of a joke ..a couple treadmills and stationary bikes in a small space. This property is specifically intended for Chinese tourusts,which explains why it is now empty. Overall ,I would stay again at the current reasonable rates...

화장실만 아쉽네요.

넓고 쾌적해요. 다만 샤워부스에 물이 안빠져요. 그리고 화장실에 블라인드가 있어요. 그블라인드 걷으면 밖에서 보여요. 화장실에 주먹만한 바퀴가 있어요. 화장실에서 악취가 나요. 그외에는 다 좋았어요.

가격대비 객실내부는 좋음. 부대시설은 기대하지 마시길.

전체적으로 관광객만을 위한 콘도가 아닌듯하고, 콘도 전체 관리(주차장 정비, 외부도색...)는 좋지 않음. 편의점이나 간단한 식사는 휘닉스에 가서 해결해야됨. 하지만 내부시설은 깨끗하고 조용히 휴식하기에 좋음. 가격대비 객실 내부 시설은 좋음. 조용하게 쉬면서 섭지코지 주변을 둘러보는 여행이라면 추천.

외관 관리가 잘 되지 않았지만 실내는 깔끔하니 좋았습니다. 호텔스닷컴 사이트를 통해 예약을 했는데 리조트 프론트가 아니라 개별 호스트를 통해 입실하게 되어 좀 당황을 했는데 세시가 다 되어서도 입실 준비가 안된 부분이 마이너스가 되었네요

가성비 좋지만 다시 이용하고 싶지 않아요

청결에 대한 평점이 낮던데 제가 묶은 방 괜찮았구요 다만 작은방 화장실은 냄새가 나더라구요 근데 1층 로비 화장실을 이용하려다가 너무 불결해서 식겁하고 나왔구요 복도는 벽지가 다 뜯어져서 귀신의 집 같더라구요 방이 그나마 상태 낫고 건물 전체가 너무 낡았는데 보수 전혀 안해서 상태가 좋지 않아요 가성비는 좋지만다시 묶고 싶지 않아요 호텔 지속할 생각있으면 수리좀해야는거 아닙니까? 돈을 좀 올려서라도,,, 이상태면 곧 문닫을듯

외관관리만 잘하면

밖에서 봤을땐 페인트 벗겨진데도 있고 엄청 안좋아 보이는데 실내는 완전 대륙스타일.. 생각보다 크고 넓어서 깜놀. 실내외 관리만 잘하면 좋은 리조트라고 소문날텐데 그점이 아쉬었음

깨끗해 보였지만 전체적으로 먼지도 너무 많았고 방이 넓어서 너무 좋긴햇지만 서비스라고 생각하는 물한통도 없엇어요 저렴한 방이라고 하지만 그래도 치약과 씻을만한 샴푸나 비누등등 아무것도 없었어요 생각햇던거 보다 너무 놀랫고 정말 죄송하지만 다신 이용하고 싶진않아요
