This is the second time staying at Parnas and it is one of the better place to stay in Jeju. The hotel has everything you need with excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet was clean and full of options.

Incredible resort, near perfect. The staff were incredible, always helpful and polite with any requests. The amenities were too notch. Easy to get to from the airport with a bus (not too pricey with taxi either). Only small notch would be the conveinence store on hand is on the smaller side. So pick up snacks before you there there.

The hotel was great. Rooms was very spacious and clean. It was in a quiet part of the island and close to restaurants and conveniences. Sora Kim - the manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and sites close by and around Jeju island. It was a very pleasant stay.

We had an excellent stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. The property is beautiful, and our room offered stunning views of the grounds and the sea. We enjoyed watching surfers from our window and even witnessed an engagement proposal that felt straight out of a K-drama. The food in both the lounge and restaurants was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. There was a minor issue with the elevator during our stay, but hotel management addressed it promptly and made things right, which we greatly appreciated. One suggestion, not unique to this hotel, would be to install grab bars near the bathtub/shower area. Even with a non-slip mat, additional support would be helpful for senior guests. Overall, this is a beautiful Jeju property with outstanding service. As a K-drama fan, I especially loved the lobby, which reminded me of one of my favorite dramas. We would happily stay here again.

My only issue with the hotel is that I was told that their dinner buffet (which was very good with many options) was ₩90,000 and was under the impression that the wine was included. Turned out that ₩90,000 was the weekday price and the wine was an additional ₩35,000. The meal ended up costing nearly 2x as much as I expected. The meal was good but I think future diners should be made aware of the prices.

Fabulous room with a view of sunsetting over the ocean and rain forest. Excellent grounds, we particularly enjoyed the pool, the easily mapped out nature walks, and the bar and team room.
