This is a great place for families and travellers. It offers a spacious room and living room. It is even a two-story structure. The spacious bathroom and bathtub are superb. You can enjoy the sea of Seogwipo and Mt. Halla at the same time from the rooftop garden. However, there are some unmaintained facilities due to the too spacious rooms. It is recommended to refrain from using the built-in washing machine as it has mold., The door handle may be damaged.

숙소가 여러명이 지내기는 좋아요..하지만..청결함이 많이 떨어져요..룸에 바퀴벌레와 베란다에 새똥과 먼지가 많이 쌓여있어요.수건도 구멍이 나있어요...다른건 다 좋은데..청결함만 개선해주신다면 담에 또 이용할거같아요.

제주헬스케어타운리조트 4박5일 솔직 방문후기

일단, 건물이 관리가 안되어 있습니다. 블라인드는 전반적으로 노후해서 플라스틱 가루가 많이 떨어지기 때문에 안떨어지도록 얼마나 조심해서 다녔는지 모르겠습니다. 그리고, 이층 큰방 샤워실문을 통해서 물이 새어 나와서 욕조가 있는 바닥에 흥건하게 물이 고여서 많이 위험했습니다. 날마다 수건을 갈아주긴 하는데 수건의 상태는 아주 더러웠습니다. 가져다 주는 수건을 가려서 썼거든요. 어떤 수건은 헤졌고 어떤 수건은 세탁이 제대로 안되어서 지저분 했습니다. 그리고, 환풍기의 필터는 오랜동안 교체가 안되어서 곰팡이 냄새도 많이 났구요... 다음부터는 입실 전에 관리상태를 꼭 확인하고 입실 받았으면 합니다. 다음부터는 방문하지 않으려구요...

조용하고 깨끗한 숙소 입니다

주변이 조용하고 넓고 깨끗한 숙소 입니다. 다만 주변에 편의시설이 없으므로 먹을것은 시내에서 미리 준비해야함. 인터넷 연결상태가 좀 않좋네요. 아마 제 숙소만의 문제인지는 리조트 측에서 확인이 필요할것 같아요. 고도가 높은지역이라 여름인데 기온도 높지 않고, 방마다 에어컨이 있어서 좋아요. 조용히 지내고 싶은 분들에겐 최고의 숙소이지만, 부대시설을 즐기고자 하는분들은 시내에 위치한 숙소가 더 좋을겁니다.

Stayed at the property with a group of 17, so we had three of the 3 bedroom units. Pros: Lots of space for our group and beds were comfortable. Located within easy driving distance to Seogwipo restaurants and sights. Cons: 2 of 3 units had mold on the window shades, and staff weren't the most gracious about accommodating room changes. Sofas were covered with sofa covers to hide the crumbling seat cushions. Kitchen supplies were limited. Hotel charges for extra bedding items.

청결한 듯 청결하지 않은 곳

숙소 가서 모든걸 포장해서 먹고 주방조리는 하나도 안한다면 추천합니다 건물은 너무 새 것 같은데 주방조리기구와 식기류는 중고를 넘어섰어요. 청결하게 보이지만 은근히 청결하지는 않아요. 넓고 가격도 괜찮은데 아쉬운 부분이 있어여. 뭔가 중국분들이 운영하는 느낌이 들어요. 일반적인 호텔 리조트의 느낌과는 상당히 달라요 일반 주거하는 공간에 숙박을 내어주는 곳 입니다. 헬스장은 안내된 시간과 실제 운영시간이 달라 이용하지 못했어요. 커플들이 가기에도 방은 넓고 좋구요 가족단위도 나쁘지 않아요. 아 청결은 별로입니다. 수건 찢어짐은 기본이고 얼룩덜룩하고 바닥은 끈적이고... 식기류는 세척이 안되어있구요. 식기류 교체 요청했는데 그게 그거였어요... 뭔가 청결하게 겉으로만 보이게 하고 자세하게 보면 정말 많은게 별로에요.... 옆의 큐브리조트 이용하고 여기 새로 생긴 것 보고 이번에는 여기 온건데 많은 아쉬움이 남습니다...

가성비 좋은 숙소

가성비 좋은 숙소임에는 틀림없습니다 그런데... 프런트 찾기가 너무 힘들었어요 야간에 비도 와서 그런지 주변은 어둡고 프런트임을 알리는 조명도 너무 약해서 몇 번을 돌다 찾았네요 그 외 편의시설도 다른 리조트에 비해 부족하지만... 장기 숙박이나 가족 여행시 숙소로는 좋을 듯... 다음엔 미리 먹거리 사서 들어가면 나올 일 없을 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

복층구조의 숙소 시설은 럭셔리하고 좋았습니다. 하시만 주변에 아무것도 없고 어둡고 투숙객이 별로 없어서 담배피러 나가기도 무서울 정도입니다. 정상적으로 오픈 한 곳이 아니여서 호텔같은 서비스는 없다고 샹각하시면 됩니다.

4박머물렀어요...청소는 지내면서 저희가 했구요 수건 휴지 샴푸 샤워바스 등등 넉넉히 이틀에한번씩 많이 주시고가셨어요 비닐봉투 대봉에 ㅎㅎ 은근 좋았어요 가격도저렴 집도 넓고 괜찮았어요

조용하고 편안했습니다

만족과 아쉬움의 밸런스

우선 별채 시스템으로 프라이빗 숙박으로 가족여행에 최적화되어 너무 좋았습니다. 같이 오신 부모님도 만족하고 가셨습니다. 다만 설명서 및 이용 시스템이 중국관광객위주로 되어 조금 위화감은 있었으나 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 그리고 주변 시설이 아무것도 없어 차량으로 이동하여 근처 마트를 이용하여야만 합니다
