Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the self check-in process was seamless and easy to follow. There’s also a convenient parking lot right next to the hotel in case the main parking is full. It’s free from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and completely free all day on weekends! It's super convenient for travellers!

The hotel has almost everything you need, very bright as well, except it doesn't provide kettle and the towels are too small for someone who has long hair, they are all in the same face towel size. Also no shower curtain causes a bit of inconvenience. But apart from the aforementioned, I was satisfied, as it's at convenient location, staffs are helpful, room is bright and clean. Since I stayed there for a week, I was so pleased that they have coin laundry at the basement.

이번 제주여행에서 케니호텔을 서귀포와 모슬포 두 군데서 이용했어요. 둘다 만족스럽지만 모슬포가 좀더 좋았습니다. 방크기도 2인 쓰기에 불편한 정도는 아니고, 욕실 배치도 편안했어요. 다만 전기포트가 없어 매번 지하로 온수를 가지러 가야하는건 개선되었으면 해요. 하다못해 층마다 냉온수기 정도는 설치해야 하지 않을까 생각해봅니다. 그외에는 좋습니다. 청결하고요. 1층에 무인 카페가 있어 이용하기 좋은데 이른 아침엔 밤샘하는 수상한 학생들이 있긴 했어요. 다음에 제주에 또 간다면 저는 무조건 모슬포 케니에서 묵을것 같습니다. 그만큼 만족스러웠습니다.

제주 서부 여행하려고 모슬포에 저렴한 호텔 찾다가 아이와 가족 하루 묵었습니다. 가격대비 호텔도 나쁘지 않고 시장하고 가까워 현지인분들 가시는 식당도 많아서 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만, 무인호텔에 기계식 주차장에 차넣을때 직원 없어서 제가 직접했어요. (안전상 직원이 하라고 되어 있었지만)

장점은, 침구 욕실 깨끗하고, 공항 급행버스 타는곳이 길건너 있고, 식당 마트 편의점 가깝고, 1층에 무인카페 지하에 세탁기 정수기 있음, 비대면 키오스크로 체크인/아웃 빠르고 편리함. 단점은, 프론트 상주하는 직원이 없고(문의사항은 전화로 가능), 늦은밤과 이른아침 숙박객의 복도 소음이 크게들림. 공간 협소한것은 가격대비 수용가능한 범위이고 일본호텔과 비슷한 수준이라 불편할 정도는 아닌데 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 사용하기는 어려움. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천
