It is walking distance to the famous Olle trail. Staff was super helpful. They were a little understaffed on the day we arrived with the front desk person also waiting tables in the restaurant. Lovely quiet area of Jeju.

GoldOne is a wonderful hotel. Several people in the staff speak a very good English. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and with a view. I liked the location on the top of a gully full of vegetation that runs down to the sea. Here and there you see the occasional palm tree, it reminded me of the Amalfi coast.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!

I booked a total of 4 rooms. When I was at the reception to check-in, I was told hotel record shows only 1 room 😬 The hotel staffs wasted no time to contact Expedia and I'm glad the missing records will again made available to the hotel within 30mins time.
