The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the mattress was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on, and the building was a bit shabby. The bathroom of our suite smelled like it had been smoked in as well. There are also not laundry services as advertised on Expedia.

We stayed at Familia Hotel. It was really pleasant stay there as the hotel staff were very friendly, felt like family presense. They took care of us both, they did the extra mile to please us. 만족스런 파밀리아호텔

남편과 여름휴가지로 정한 제주의 두번째 숙소였다. 첫날은 신화월드호텔이었는데 이곳은 규모는 작았지만 실속이 꽉찬 아주 만족스런 숙소였다. 침구도, 청소도 어메니티도 아주 정갈했고, 내집처럼 쓸고 닦은 정성이 가득해보였다. 조식 신청을 했는데 기대한것 이상으로 정말 좋았다. 삶은계란, 샐러드, 과일, 빵,김치전, 쥬스,우유,고구마,커피 등...딱 필수로 먹을것만 접시에 담아 1인씩 주셨고, 식당은 작았지만 창가로 보이는 정원이 싱그러웠다. 숙소에서는 조금 떨어졌지만 바다도 보이는 오션뷰다. 근처에 마리조아라는 특별한 식당이 있어 찾게된 파밀리마호텔은 재방문하고 싶은 곳이다.

공항버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있고, 저렴한 가격에 비해 시설이 훌륭하고 바다도 보이고 카운터 분들도 친절하십니다. ICC까지 버스로 금방이고 날씨 좋으면 산책삼아 걸어갈만 합니다. 한 가지 단점은 차가 없으면 관광지까지 교통이 불편하다는 건데 저는 관광을 별로 안 해서 큰 상관 없었습니다!

중문 관광단지에서 가깝고, 서귀포 어느쪽으로도 이동이 용이해서 좋았습니다. 해변 가까이에 위치하여 베란다를 통해 바다뷰를 감상할수 있으며, 일출, 일몰 볼수있습니다. 사장님 및 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 다음에도 제주도에 방문한다면 이용하고싶네요.

조용한 동네에 위치한 청결하고 친절한 숙소에요. 주변에 유명한 카페 (바다다) 도보로 갈수있고 근처에 공항가는 리무진 정류장과 편의점도 있어요. 조용한 곳에서 바다보며 힐링하기 좋았습니다!

청소 및 화장실은 다른 곳보다 청결하고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 현관문쪽으로 방음이 되지 않아 소음이 좀 컸고, 잘 때도 어디선가 벽에서 자꾸 무언가 뚝뚝 소리가 나서 자는데 힘들었습니다. 연박하는데 청소나 수건, 침구 정리 좋았구요. 카운터 사장님도 매우매우 친절하셨습니다. 그리고 전망 매우 좋구요. 근처에 걸어서 편의점 가능합니다.
