Room was not very clean, drapes didn’t slide, WiFi didn’t work, so had to borrow hot spot from manager. Checked out for one day, checked back in a day later. Same room and sheet were not changed. I could tell because there was a stain near the pillow. Limited options in Santana.

Unfortunately, the hotel has not been upkept since it was built. Only 1 out of 3 elevators still works. The rooms were covered in stains and cigarette burns. All rooms are smoking rooms, don't let Expedia tell you differently. It is not possible to have a room without the palpable 3rd hand cigarette smoke, and people continue to smoke in rooms with the smell wafting through the vents. Only 1 towel, water, slippers provided per room despite booking as a party of 2. There were obvious hairs and piles of dust on the surfaces of the room, and piles of trash in the stairwell and around the back corner from the room. I would not stay here again.

old, run down property lacking maintenance. cocroaches, dirty carpets. bed is comfortble though. Airport transfer is only one way (to airport), false marketing. Don't waste money on Business room for 400 USD. BREAKFAST HORRIBLE
