The hotel was beautiful and it had a lovely fragrance as soon as you entered. The room was amazing, perfect for myself, husband and grown up daughter as she had her own private space. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning with a fantastic view. We really looked forward to breakfast each morning as there was a very good selection. We also dined in the restaurant twice. The food was excellent, We really enjoyed the Swordfish. The staff were also extremely helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. We loved every moment and I could not fault anything. 😊

When you book the fortress suite on a single or non family basis your room has no windows! A ceiling glass sheds daylight. Since the hotel is built into a centuries old fortress the walls of the room smell accordingly. Staff sweet and helpful. Location is superb, opposite busy touristy Valetta.

Warm welcome and fast check in. The room was ready even though we arrived several hours early. Fabulous large room, spotlessly clean. All staff were excellent but Nena at breakfast was absolutely brilliant and thoughtful. Beautiful location perfect for exploring and catching the ferry to Valletta. The rooftop and pool area is amazing. Not many shops in the area, but you have 5min walk to the Valletta Ferry. Really nice and quiet in the evening with restaurants nearby the marina.
