Vacations Close To Maplewood Lanes

was there for 5 days and had zero hot water entire visit.

None

The room was immaculate. The staff was super helpful with local suggestions and an early check-in. The restaurant was super good. Lots of drinks to choose from and food parking was easy and check in and check out was fantastic. We stayed there before and will continue to stay there when visiting Omaha.

There were many problematic issues for someone who is trying to work on business tasks in the room or is impaired. First, no elevator and there were only upper story rooms available even though I was checking in mid-afternoon. Thin walls meant audible noises, music and tvs evident from the neighboring rooms and hallway. I couldn't get the television/remote to work although a staff member came up to supposedly help. Breakfast? There was an attempt but very strange to have a toaster and bread but no butter? No juice, no fruit. Mislabeled breakfast cereal dispensers and both options were sugar-laden, unhealthy stuff that only a kid would eat. Lastly, too many suspicious characters loitering in the parking lot and even the lobby virtually all the time, day and night. No idea what that was about.

only one of three elevators work for the entire time and the one that did work was generally unavailable and very time-consuming so I ended up taking the stairs more than 50% of the time which can be very difficult after a major surgery or based on other conditions. The staff was very nice. But of course they could do nothing about it.
