Traditional gourmet Taiwanese breakfasts were delicious. We were given restaurant recommendations and reservations were made on our behalf. Not only that, help was given to translate menus. “The scenery is beautiful, and both the rooms and facilities are very clean. The breakfast is healthy, with a light, low-fat selection that feels more like a diet-friendly meal. Guests who prefer a traditional breakfast may find it a bit unusual. The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the lobby can be heard in the rooms and may wake up those who go to bed early.”

“It was a weekday and although we had 1 lovely spacious room, we also had the whole 1st floor pubic area to ourselves. It was bright, spacious, and very well cared for. The plot of land is a long strip of agricultural land with a building on either end and a turtle refuge with turtle food plants next to the older of the 2 buildings. The bathroom had a gloriously spacious bathtub, though we didn't soak. We were able to see moonrise from the house as we strolled around in the evening. That was...
