The Tanya was really a great stay. The Onsen water is wonderful; the staff is great, as well as the food. It is as clean as it can be considering its age and number of visitors. I will go back again.

This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great, which offered a wide range of quality food choices. There were also many free-of-charge facilities and services available for guests to enjoy - liquor bar with a varieties of spirit, library cafe, massage chair. Overall the experience with this hotel was very remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples/friends/families - definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

チェックインからスタッフの対応が非常に良い 15時の部屋案内と聞いていたが、実際14時には20組程度いてアフタヌーンサービスで奥の席は満席状態、少し早めの到着がいいかも 食事は評判通り大満足、お風呂•マッサージ・卓球どれも楽しめ満足 エレベーターから部屋の移動の際、外壁が白の為汚れが目立つが気にしなければ問題なし 是非もう一度宿泊したい、別のＴＡＯＹＡにも行ってみたいと感じた

高齢の母と一緒の家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 チェックインが遅くなる連絡をしたところ、時間によってはビュッフェ時間が短くなるとの説明してくれました。 到着後、フロントで荷物を預かっていただきチェックインは後回しで先に食事をすることができました。 食事中も記念にと写真を撮りにきてくれたり、アップルパイが焼き上がりましたとお待ちいただいたりで、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができ機会があればまた利用したいと感じました。 部屋もキレイでどこも清潔でした！

お部屋　お料理　ドリンク　おつまみのサービスはとても申し分ありませんでした！最高でした。 足の不自由な両親を連れていったので事前に夕食会場や浴場に近いところのお部屋をリクエストしたらエレベーターの近くのお部屋をとって頂いて良かったです。 ２回目の来館だったからかチェックイン時にフロントの方からの夕食会場や夜食の案内がなくパンフレットで確認や階を間違えてスタッフの人に聞きなおして確認できました。 ２回目でも2年前だったので うるおぼえで もう少し説明して欲しかったです。 朝にショップで買い物をしたのですが スタッフの人の受け答えがちょっと冷たく感じました。 この方の話し方なのかもしれませんが もう少し温かみがあると聞いてる人もホッコリすると思いました。

施設の中で豪華なのはロビーだけ。食事も強化していると思うので、食事会場も比較的きれい。それ以外の部屋や廊下、建物全体的に居抜きホテルを少しリノベーションした程度なので老朽化している部分が多い。スタッフの態度も人によるため、一定の水準には保たれていない。そして何よりも人が多い。キャパオーバーは否めない。金額とサービスが見合っていたかどうか、個人的な感想としては残念ながら劣っていた。
