Excellent hotel and would highly recommend it. It is located a little bit from Sendai station but a quick 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping arcade. It was across the street from 7-11 so you can grab a late night snack. The hospitality is wonderful and everyone is so friendly and nice. The rooms are small like every Japan hotel but comfortable. Amenities were plentiful with items I haven’t seen elsewhere like facial masks, mouthwash, and shoe deodorizers. The on-site onsen is a nice touch after a long day of walking around site seeing. The breakfast is decent to start your day and the staff is super nice. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, love the experience and the hot spring. However, please be aware that it is located next to red-light district. The location of the hotel is not the closest to train station.

電視螢幕有可顯示洗衣機使用狀況的選項；但是系統是完全失靈、沒有作用的，即使洗衣機、烘衣機都有人正在使用，畫面也一直停在全部機器都可以使用的狀態。烘衣機的清潔狀況需要加強...... 自助Check-in的機器也是沒有發揮正常作用，所幸工作人員親切且有效率。 其他部分都很好。傍晚到晚上九點有各式飲料的happy hour，也有咖啡機可以自由使用。飯店斜對面過一個馬路就是唐吉軻德，非常方便。

とてもキレイなホテルでしたが、サイトの表示が悪く家族旅行なのに4部屋の予約となってしまいとても不便でしたが、 部屋に入ると周りの音もほぼ聞こえず、とても快適に寝れました。 部屋にハンドソープがあれば嬉しかったことと、お風呂が予想以上に狭く、脱衣所も狭くて不便でしたが、朝食のパンは最高でした。
