It’s my first time to stay in a capsule. It was an easy walk from Sendai station to the place. It was also near restaurants and combinis so the location was very good. The check-in was simple and easy. The welcome kit with towels and robe was very thoughtful. The provided slippers broke the moment I used it 😅 but it was more funny than annoying. The configuration of the floor was a bit confusing. The capsule icon could easily mean luggage. The capsule only had one plug so charging devices was a challenge. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very clean, plenty of toilets and showers. If you stay more than one night, you're required to check in and out every day to allow the staff to clean; luggage just stays in the your assigned locker. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby

It’s very clean and orderly. The location was great. However, there’s absolutely nowhere to really get your stuff together unless you’re a mighty light traveller. The sinks are cramp together and the vanity is not enough either. There’s no space for rest. I’ve stayed with them in other locations and they were all different.

I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . This was my first experience of a true "capsule" hotel and it was very novel to sleep in something that looked like Star Trek. There are plenty of dining options nearby . My only issue was the distance from the train station, as I was walking with a suitcase and backpack .

Clean but not able to sleep

It was clean and the people were friendly. It felt very secure. There is no carpet in the capsule area so every little noise echoed all night. There was no area to eat or have snacks like the 9 hrs in Nagoya. The pillows were hard like rocks.

A capsule hotel that is worse then you imagine

It was really dirty. My blind did not close and i saw that it was actually broken. My cushen was as hard as a rock so i kinda just put my douvet on top of it. The bedding didn’t feel great. You could clearly hear other people snoring.

I recently stayed at a Capsule Hotel, and although I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the inconsiderate and noisy guests, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any sleep due to the constant noise, which makes it difficult for me to recommend this experience. However, I must mention that the hotel itself is nicely designed and the staff members are friendly. Despite the hotel's pleasant ambiance and helpful staff, my overall experience was heavily affected by the inconsiderate behavior of other guests. I had the misfortune of being surrounded by a group of very noisy individuals who disregarded others' need for rest. It is important to note that the hotel and its staff cannot be blamed for this issue, as they did their best to address the situation. However, due to the lack of sleep caused by the disturbance, I cannot recommend this hotel as an enjoyable experience. It is a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff members are pleasant.

格安で泊まったので値段的に考えたら文句は言えないけど正直に思った事書きます。 【施設への不満】 ・エレベーターが3Fまでしか無いけど毎回2Fで止まるのと動きがスムーズじゃなくストレス、 女性フロワとフロントが一緒なので女性はストレスフリーだと思います。(男性は3Fなので上記通り) ・土足厳禁がわかりにくいのか普通に靴で入って守ってない客が結構居て意味無いなと感じた。 ・カプセルにブラインドが付いてるが、降ろすと風通しが悪くなり地味に暑く寝苦しいので、もう少し風通しの良い素材にして頂きたい ・カプセル内で身動き取るだけでプラスチックのきしむ音が鳴り他の客に気を使って寝返りがしづらい 【利用者に対しての不満】 ・宿泊時、咳、くしゃみ、痰がらみ等してるゴミ客が居てしかもマスクもせず館内を徘徊、就寝スペースは繋がってるので余裕でクラスター感染します、感染対策が甘いなと感じた。 泊まる時は感染する覚悟も必要 ・値段が安い分客の質が悪い(ロッカールームで着替えるだけでシャワーを浴びない臭い客、一時付近のロッカールームが臭かった。) 【良い点】 ・ロッカーは割と広い ・シャワールームは割と広い ・スタッフさんの対応◯ ・めちゃ安い ・朝食=スタバ¥1,000分のカードをくれる ・ドンキが近い、スタバも近い、1Fにセブンがある
