Very pleasantly surprised after arriving here on our first day in Sendai. The staff were very attentive, patient, and thorough. The rooms were clean and decently sized. The location was also very convenient and the breakfast is a major bonus. The options were very diverse and tasty, highly recommend when staying here.

今回はLIVEがあったので、以前宿泊させて頂いたこちらのホテル京阪仙台を選びました 息子と2人ダブルのお部屋でしたがベッドが広くて快適でした テーブルがあったのですが、もう少し大きい物だったら良かったかもです

周りも静かで、コンビニも近くにあって、駅にも近くて立地が良いです。 部屋も綺麗で、トイレと浴室がドアで仕切られているのが良かった。 ただ、洗面台の蛇口の造りが邪魔で顔を洗うのがやりづらかった。

Reservation type was not accurate

The hotel was clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately they screwed up the reservation and told me they couldn’t I hadn’t paid for the breakfast when I had. It took multiple chats with Hotels.com support and I finally got the meal tickets but only for one day out of the two day stay. A refund was not provided. We didn’t miss much since the breakfast was pretty basic, but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
