シャワーカーテンに臭いがあり、滞在中ずっと少々不快でした。 それ以外は、寝具もシーツもタオルも清潔でした。 お掃除も行き届いていたと思います。 ただ、ティッシュの補充がなかったようで（もしくは補充が充分ではなかったのかもしれませんが）、2泊３日の滞在でしたが、最終日はやや不便な思いをしました。 ただ、フロントのスタッフの方々は、とても温かくテキパキと接してくださいました。 ありがとうごさいました。

仙台駅徒歩圏内の便利さ、客室の広さ、清潔さでリピートしています。14時チェックイン、11時チェックアウトもゆとりです。唯一、トイレの座面が熱すぎるのを適温に調節してほしいと思います。

フロントスタッフ、レストランのスタッフ共に感じも対応も良かったです。 フロントでは、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたり、後からくる主人の鍵を預かってもらったりできました。 レストランでは、バイキングの朝食を頂きましたが、食べ物が無くならないように、随時補充してくれたり、種類も多かったし、土地の物もあったりで、十分に楽しめましたし、美味しかったです。 お部屋はツイン+エキストラベッドのお部屋でしたが、３人でシャワーを浴びて、寝るだけだったので問題ありませんでしたし、空気清浄機もあり、ハウスダストのアレルギーがある私と息子も快適でした。 ただ、トイレとお風呂が一緒なので、ちょっと気を使うかなと言った感じです。 でも、駅からも線路沿いの道を行くとすぐだっし、エレベーターもキーがないと動かないタイプでセキュリティもバッチリ。 また、仙台周辺を訪れる時はここに宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。 ぜひ、おすすめです。
