The hotel is conveniently located near shopping area, Lawson is in the first floor. Front desk staff and room cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and adequate lighting. If there is a chance, we will stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Sendai

Lovely clean hotel in a great location in Sendai. Exceptional service, comfy beds and great bath and shower. Only issue we had is I hadn't prearranged with the hotel that we had a car to park and wasnt aware there was an area down the side street to pull in and unload our luggage so we struggled with finding a park then getting all our luggage out and to the hotel and then couldn't park in the hotel parking as I hadnt prearranged it so we had to park the car 2 blocks away and pay $20AU a day for parking. My error in not arranging parking beforehand, but worth others noting to make things easier. Overall an excellent hotel and I'd definitely recommend

素晴らしいホテルです 部屋の設計が（ダブルルーム）が素晴らしい．トイレと浴室が別になっており、快適な入浴を前提にした浴槽、天井シャワーを備えて浴槽とは独立したシャワーの温水配管、ベッドの配置、何よりも、その全てが清潔できちんとセットされていました． また、ベッドも硬めで熟睡でき、床まである窓を備えながら静粛でした フロントフロアで選ぶアメニティも充実し、バスソルトや入浴剤まであります 仕事や休暇で各地を旅してみて、このホテルは手頃なのに、ヘタな老舗旅館よりはるかに快適で良いホテルでした もちろん、フロントを始め、ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も折り目正しく、最上級でした

職員非常友善，服務態度很好，入住與退房過程都順利，有問題也都樂意協助。即使選擇不整理房間，酒店每天仍會主動提供替換毛巾與瓶裝水。 地點稍微離仙台站有點距離，步行大約需要20分鐘，不算特別近，但沿途路況平坦，拖行李也還可以接受。飯店樓下就有有便利商店。 但實在太吵了。晚上室外噪音非常明顯，玻璃幾乎沒有隔音效果。樓下的路燈會發出高頻聲響，加上救護車經過頻繁，聲音清晰穿透窗戶。整晚會被吵醒兩到三次，如果本身是對聲音敏感、睡眠品質要求高的人，這點會是很大的困擾。
